Selecting a different track
1 During playback or in the Stop position, keep pressing »F-SKIP 9« or
»R-SKIP 8« until the number of the track you want to hear appears in
the display.
– Playback of the selected track starts automatically.
Searching for a passage within a track
1 During playback, press »F-SKIP 9« or »R-SKIP 8« and hold it
down until you find the passage you want to hear.
– When you release »F-SKIP 9« or »R-SKIP 8«, playback begins.
Note:
During the search the volume is reduced.
Calling up the REPEAT functions
During normal playback or when playing back a track memory, the repeat
functions allow you to repeat a particular track or the entire CD or track
memory.
1 To repeat a track press »REPEAT« once.
– The »REPEAT

« indicator flashes and the current track is conti-
nuously repeated.
2 To repeat all tracks on the CD press »REPEAT« again.
– The »REPEAT

« indicator lights up and the CD is continuously
repeated.
3 To quit this function, press »REPEAT« again.
Playing back tracks in random order
1 During playback or in the Stop position, press »RANDOM«.
– The »RANDOM

« indicator lights up.
– The tracks on the CD are played back in random order.
2 To quit this function, press »RANDOM«.
– The »RANDOM
•
« indicator goes out.
– Normal playback resumes with the current track.
