• Switch the motor always off, before you perform any

setting or maintenance. This applies especially to the

replacement of the cutters. Always unplug the spark

plug connector for these activities.

• Use only approved parts. Use only identical spare

parts for maintenance and repair. For questions about

spare parts, contact an approved service center.

Behavior in case of emergency

Perform necessary first aid measures according to the injury

and call for medical attendance as soon as possible.

Prevent the injured against any further injuries and calm him

down.

Intended use

The product is designed only for the common use in the

agriculture and forestry, gardening and plant cultivation.

For non-observance of the requirements in generally

accepted standards as well as the requirements in this

manual, the manufacturer may not be held responsible for

damages.

Never work on excessively steep hillsides

(max. 30°)

• On slopes, always work in cross direction

and never in upward or downward direction. Be

very careful while changing direction.

• Pay attention to the ambient conditions, under

which you are working.

Disposal

The hints over disposal result from the pictograms which are

applied on the product and the packing. A description of each

pictogram can be found in the chapter “markings on the

product“.

Requirements for the operator

The operator should have read the operating manual carefully

before using the product.

Qualification

Besides a detailed training through a skilled staff, no special

qualification for the use of the product is necessary.

Minimum age

The product may not be operated by people, who are less

than 16 years old.

The use by young people forms an exception, if the operation

takes place during a vocational training to achieve the skill

and under supervision through a trainer.

Training

The use of the product requires only a corresponding training

through a skilled staff or on the basis of the operating manual.

A special training is not necessary.

Transport and storage

• The product may be only transported with the motor

switched off.

• Clean the product thoroughly before you store it.

• Store the product at a clean and dry place.

Fuel or oil may leak during the transport of the

product. Please protect the product accordingly and take

preventive measures against environmental pollution.

Installation (Fig. 2, 3)

1. Fasten the steering rod on the product with the provided

4 screws. During this, pay attention to the selection of the

correct working height.

2. Put the eccentric into the guidance of the sickle bar and

fasten the bar with the provided 4 screws.

Carry out the installation of the single parts in the demonstrated

order. During this, pay attention to the correct assembly of the

parts according to the figures.

The product will be delivered without fuel to facilitate

the transport. Please fill fuel up according to the technical

data.

Safety instructions for initial operation

Pay close attention to a tight fit of the screw joints and use

only the parts mentioned in the product description.

Risk of explosion!

• Fill the tank up only outdoors!

• Do not refuel, as long as the motor is still running or

is still hot!

• Do not smoke while refueling and do not refuel near

open fire.

Step for step instruction

The oil level must be checked before you put the

product into operation each time. Replenish oil if

necessary (Motor oil 500ml SAE30)

Ruel the machine.

Step 2

Search the area for contaminants and remove them.

Step 3

Clean the product thoroughly after each use.
