c) When working with the device, use common sense
and stay alert. T emporary loss of concentration while
using the device may lead to serious injuries.
d) T o prevent the device from accidentally switching on,
make sure the switch is on the OFF position before
connecting to a power source.
e) Do not overestimate your abilities. When using the
device, keep your balance and remain stable at all
times. This will ensure better control over the device
in unexpected situations.
f) Do not wear loose clothing or jewellery. Keep hair,
clothes and gloves away from moving parts. Loose
clothing, jewellery or long hair may get caught in
moving parts.
g) The device is not a toy. Children must be supervised
to ensure that they do not play with the device.
2. 4. SAFE DEVICE USE
a) Do not overload the device. Use the appropriate
tools for the given task. A correctly-selected device
will perform the task for which it was designed better
and in a safer manner.
b) Do not use the device if the ON/OFF switch does not
function properly (does not switch the device on and
o). Devices which cannot be switched on and o
using the ON/OFF switch are hazardous, should not
be operated and must be repaired.
c) Make sure the plug is disconnected from the socket
before attempting any adjustments, accessory
replacements or before putting the device aside.
Such precautions will reduce the risk of accidentally
activating the device.
d) When not in use, store in a safe place, away from
children and people not familiar with the device who
have not read the user manual. The device may pose
a hazard in the hands of inexperienced users.
e) Keep the device in perfect technical condition. Before
each use check for general damage and especially
check for cracked parts or elements and for any other
conditions which may impact the safe operation of

x) Do not jump onto the platform, it may damage the

y) Only one person at a time can use the device.
z) Stop exercising when you feel tired or exhausted.
aa) During the rst use of the device, gradually increase
the intensity of vibrations and exercise time.
bb) Start the device at the lowest speed and then
gradually increase the speed.
cc) Do not eat or drink while exercising.
dd) Do not exercise when you are hungry.
ee) Drink plenty of water before and after training.
) It is recommended to use the device 2 or 3 times a
day. More frequent use is allowed, but the length of
training should not exceed 10-15 minutes.
gg) Place the device on a stable, at surface with
adequate protection for the oor or carpet to avoid
damage.

3. 2. PREPARING FOR USE
APPLIANCE L OCATION
The device should always be used when positioned on an
even, stable, clean, reproof and dry surface, and be out
of the reach of children and persons with limited mental
and sensory functions. Position the device such that you
always have access to the power plug. The power cord
connected to the appliance must be properly grounded
and correspond to the technical details on the product
label.

1. Check all parts and accessories before assembly.
Place the top of the column into the bottom one. Put
washers on the M16x14 bolts and screw both parts
of the column together using an Allen key.
2. Connect the two wires, then insert the lower end of
the column into the rectangular hole in the base.
Tighten the 2 M6x20 screws with an Allen key.
3. Place the lower ends of the handle in the holes on
the right and left sides of the base. Make sure the
bolt holes are aligned, tighten the handles, then
tighten the M6x14 screws with an Allen key.
4. Fix the upper parts of the handles to the lower and to
the support column using M6x14 screws.
5. Slide the metal parts with the hole out of the base
and attach the stretching lines to them. Screw on the
drink holder.
