2. You can think of a new word with the letters already printed on the
sheet and go on stamping.
Example:
Jana stamps the O and says; “I think the ghost doesn’t mean
paper but POLICE”.
3. You can start a new word
Example:
Jana stamps the P starting a new row and says, “ I think the
second word the ghost wants to write is PINE.”
Important: There may be no more than three words started on the
sheet.
4. If you cannot think of anything and there are already three words on
the sheet, you have to renounce your stamp that turn.
In this way, the words are continued one by one until one of them is
complete. The player who stamps the last letter of a word, gets a ghost
card as a reward.
Example:
P:Tim stamps the P and says: “The ghost wants to write
PAPER”.
PO : Jana stamps the O and says: “I think the ghost means
POLICE”.
POS : It’s the turn of Jens who takes the S and says: “No, the
ghost wants to say “POSTER”.
POST : It’s the turn of Tim again and he stamps the T: “I’ve got
it! The ghost wanted to say “POST”.
Consequently Tim finishes the word and gets a ghost card as a reward.
Important: The point of the game is to stamp a complete word as quick-
ly as possible, it doesn´t matter if the complete word could be continued
(as for example postman, postage). The ghost card is always won by the
player who finishes a complete and intelligible word first.
End of the Game
As soon as the fifth word is complete, the game ends. The player with the
most ghost cards wins the game.
