USER PREFERENCES
In this section you will learn how to set your preferences on the DVD recorder. The symbols
have the following meanings:
Various features of the recorder can be adjusted in SETUP Menu:
• Power on the TV and DVD recorder.
• Switch the TV to the corresponding AV channel of the DVD recorder.
• Ensure no disc in the loader.
• Press "Setup" button, SETUP menu appears.
GENERAL SETTINGS
Screen Saver - This item is to set up the Screen Saver ON/OFF of the recorder.
Video Output Format - This menu is to set up the broadcast system. (PAL or NTSC)
Restore Factory Settings. - This item is to restore all the settings to factory settings.
PLAYBACK SETTINGS
TV aspect ratio - Letterbox
Pan Scan
Widescreen When you connect to a wide screen TV, this setting
will allow the original aspect ratio will be display full screen.
Rating level
- To setup the rating level of the player. The player will require a
password to play any disc with rating level higher than the
setting. (standaard password is 8806)
Digital output
- Enter this menu to setup the digital audio output format
between RAW, LPCM
