INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Cactus Dry Brush: to exfoliate and stimulate the skin (dry use)
1. Attach the product following the instructions above.
2. Switch the unit on (I). The attachment will start rotating.
3. Begin brushing from the soles of the feet working up the legs in long sweeping motions. You may want to
concentrate for longer on ankles, knees, elbows etc…where the skin can be drier.
4. Continue up the body over the buttocks and working in circular motions across the abdomen. You may
want to concentrate a little longer on areas prone to cellulite.
5. When brushing the upper back and chest focus the direction of the strokes towards the heart
6. Finally finish with the arms, working from the palms of the hands up the arms to the shoulder.
7. After treatment, turn the unit off (0).
Please note:
• It is best to carry out dry brushing before a bath or shower. It may take some time to get used to the
sensation of dry brushing so start gently and don’t apply too much pressure.
• Applying too much pressure will cause the brush to stop rotating – this could reduce the life of the motor.
• Pay particular attention to the lymph nodes e.g. Groin and underarm areas.
• Apply less pressure on sensitive areas and use more firmly on areas like the soles of the feet.
• Avoid brushing anywhere the skin is broken or infected.
