20. Remove motor screws, motor blocks and washers
from underside of the motor assembly. Discard
the motor blocks and washers but keep the motor
screws for blade arm attachment. (Fig. 20).

21. Partially insert the blade screws along with the lock
washers and blade washers through the blade and
into the blade arm. Tighten each blade screw with
a Phillips screwdriver starting with the one in the
middle. Repeat this step for the remaining blades
and blade arms (Fig. 21).
Helpful Hint: A cutout in the tter plate allows easy
access to the motor screw holes.
22. Insert two previously removed motor screws
through one blade arm into the underside of
the motor assembly. Tighten the motor screws
securely with Phillips screwdriver. Repeat for the
remaining blade arms, making sure to completely
secure each blade arm before proceeding to the
next (Fig. 22).
