Selecting the best location for Installation
To make sure that the Mobile Internet Router has the optimum signal
reception of the 4G mobile network, it is recommended to place it near
a window, so that it has a “free line of sight” to outside. It can even
make a difference on which side of the house or the office-building the
Mobile Internet Router is positioned. This depends on the location of
the nearest transmitter base-station of the mobile network. We
recommend you to experiment yourselves with this, by placing the
Mobile Internet Router at different locations near a window, and then
watch on which location the signal-reception is the best. For this,
monitor the signal indicator lights [e], when the most lights are burning.
If doing this all still does not lead to a satisfying mobile reception, you
can consider to buy an optional external antenna. You can contact your
provider for this.
