General Safety Instructions
• Before first use read this instruction manual carefully and store it together with the warranty, receipt and, if
possible, the box with inner packages.
• Use the device only for private and intended purposes. The device is not suitable for commercial use. Do
not use it outdoors. Keep it away from heat, direct sunlight, humidity (under no circumstances should you
immerse it in liquids) and sharp edges. Do not use the device with wet hands. If the device becomes damp
or wet, disconnect the power plug immediately. Do not immerse in water.
• Switch the device off and always disconnect the power plug from the socket (pull the power plug, not the
power cord) when you do not use the device, attach accessories, before cleaning or in case of malfunction.
• Do not leave the device unattended. To protect children from dangers caused by electric devices, make
sure the cord is not accessible to children and the device is out of their reach.
• Check the device and power cord regularly for possible damages. Do not use a damaged device.
• Do not repair the device yourself, find a qualified specialist. In order to avoid any hazard, a damaged power
cord should be replaced with an identical one by the manufacturer, our Customer Service, or an equally
qualified specialist.
• Use original accessories only.
• Follow the „Special Safety Instructions“ specified below.
Special Safety Instructions
• Do not place any tools like spoons, knives or similar in the working hooks or beaters, and do not try to grab
them when in use.
• After the device is switched off, hooks and beaters still move for a short period. Wait until they grind to a
halt before you continue using the device.
• To avoid splattering, immerse the hooks or beaters in the food before switching the mixer on and take them
out after switching the mixer off.
• The device is intended for processing food only.
