Iomega warrants this Iomega
®
StorCenter
™
Pro (Network Attached Storage) product to be
free from defects in materials and workmanship for the period specified below. This
warranty is non-transferable and applies only to you, the first end-user purchaser, and only
when the product is used for commercial purposes. The warranty begins on the date you
purchase the product and lasts three (3) years.

Commercial Product
This product is intended for commercial use only and, for purposes of this warranty, it is
understood that the Iomega StorCenter Pro product is not a "consumer product" within the
meaning of 15 U.S.C. § 2301
et seq
.
Excluded Products and Problems
This warranty does not apply to: (a) Iomega software products; (b) expendable components
such as fuses or bulbs; or (c) third party products, including hardware or software, supplied
with the warranted product. Iomega makes no warranty of any kind on products supplied by
third parties, which, if included, are provided "as is" except to the extent such product is
covered by a warranty supplied by the third party, in which case the owner shall deal with
and obtain any warranty remedy direct from the third party.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, failure to follow
instructions given in the owner's manual, use of non-Iomega supplied or approved
replaceable components, exposure of media to excessive magnetic fields, external
environmental causes, use for personal or household purposes, or damage arising from any
cause or causes for which Iomega is not responsible such as exposure to abnormal
temperatures, shock, power surges, improper power supply, or damage caused while the
product is being shipped from you to Iomega.
The Iomega StorCenter Pro product may contain certain replaceable components such as
hard drives or power supplies. Refer to your owner's manual or contact Iomega to determine
whether specific components are replaceable. Any alteration, change, modification, or repair
(other than replacement of a replaceable component) made to the product by a party other
than Iomega or Iomega's authorized service provider will void this warranty.
