Training in CountDown operation
The number of repetitions (R) is reduced by 1 per tra-
vel (up and down movement). In the lower line the
weight display takes turns with the time display.
If the number of repetitions is achieved, the training
set (S) is reduced by 1.
If the training sets (S) and thus the total weight are
worked off “0.00”, several beeps indicate it.
Note
If the training is continued afterwards, the electronics
goes to CountUp operation and adds the selected
weight per travel, equalling a total weight. The
upward arrow indicates CountUp operation.
Readiness for training in CountUp
operation
If the input of the training sets (S) is skipped by
means of the SET button, when “0” is flashing, the kg
value is added by the selected weight per travel,
equalling a total weight. The upward arrow indicates
CountUp operation.
Only in this display state, a training in CountDown
operation is displayed and the number of travels is
counted.
Training
in CountUp operation
Per realised travel (up and down movement), the dis-
play in the upper line is increased by 1 and, in the
lower line, the selected weight is added, equalling a
total weight. Beyond, the weight display takes turns
with the time display..
Interruption or end of training
After the last travel the display remains with weight
and time displays taking turns, until it is switched off.
The training can be continued within 4 minutes.
