Troubleshooting your Kobo App
Force stop apps
If you're having trouble with one specific app, you can shut it down. This fixes many problems.
Tap the Home button on your Kobo Vox. 1.
Tap the Menu button on your Kobo Vox. 2.
Tap Manage Apps 3.
At the top of the screen, tap All. 4.
Scroll down until you find the name of the problem app. 5.
Tap the name of the app. 6.
Tap Force stop. 7.
Tap OK. 8.
Try your app again to see if this resolved your issue. 9.

Clear data
When you clear data, you sign out of the app and delete any app-related data, which returns the
app to its original, new state.

To clear data:
Tap the Home button on your Kobo Vox. 1.
Tap the Menu button on your Kobo Vox. 2.
Tap Settings. 3.
Tap Applications. 4.
Tap Manage applications. 5.
At the top of the screen, tap All. 6.
Scroll down until you find the name of the app that's causing problems. Tap the app's 7.
name.
Tap Clear data. 8.
Tap OK. 9.
Tap the Home button on your Kobo Vox. 10.
Tap All Apps. 11.
Start the app again and see if this fixed the problem. 12.
