Uninstall and reinstall apps
If you continue to have trouble with one specific app, try reinstalling it.
Note: You can only uninstall apps that you added to your Kobo Vox using Get Apps. You cannot
uninstall any of the apps that came already installed on your Kobo Vox when you
bought it.
To uninstall the app:
Tap the Home button on your Kobo Vox. 1.
Tap the Menu button on your Kobo Vox. 2.
Tap Settings. 3.
Tap Applications. 4.
Tap Manage applications. 5.
At the top of the screen, tap All. 6.
Scroll down until you find the name of the app that's causing problems. Tap the app's 7.
name.
Tap Uninstall. 8.
Tap Ok. 9.
To reinstall the app:
Tap the Home button on your Kobo Vox. 1.
Tap the All Apps icon. 2.
Tap Get Apps. 3.
Search and download the app on Get Apps. 4.
• Tap the Download button. The download will begin automatically.
Tap Open, and see if reinstalling the app fixed your problem. 5.
