Never use any sharp, pointed or metal objects to remove
limescale built up in the kettle.
To remove limescale, use a common gentle descaler, which is
suitable for your appliance.
After descaling, always boil 4-5 kettles of water, which you do
not use but pour away. Use fresh water with each boiling cycle.
This procedure is necessary to remove any descaler residues
in the kettle.
Note: Descaler mixtures should not be poured down enamel
coated sinks.
Storage
After use and after the appliance has completely cooled down
wind the power cord (9) around the cord storage (11).
Keep it away from children and store it in a clean and dry place.
