Your new digital steam bottle and baby food warmer Laica can warm up milk bottles,
jars and food containers in a fast and safe way.
The device was conceived to adjust the heating time in a safe and accurate way, based
on the quantity of liquid or food to be warmed up.
Equipped with LCD-display to adjust the heating time and with operation warning lights.
Mains operation.
GENERAL WARNINGS
The use of any electric device involves the respect of some essential rules:
• Disconnect the plug from the power outlet immediately after using the device, and in
any case always before cleaning it and before inserting or removing the accessories.
• Do not pull the power supply cable or the device itself to disconnect the plug from
the power outlet.
• If an electric device falls into water do not attempt to reach it, but rather immediately
disconnect the plug from the power outlet.
• Never immerse the device in water or other liquids.
• Before use, make sure that the device is integral, without visible damages. In case
of doubt, do not use the device and refer to your dealer.
• In case of fault and/or malfunction, immediately switch off the device without
tampering it. For repairing, always refer to your dealer.
• This device shall be used only for the destination of use for which it was designed,
and in the way described in the instructions for use. Any other use is to be considered
improper and therefore dangerous.
The manufacturer cannot be made liable for any damages resulting from improper
or wrong use.
• Never let the device work unattended and do not allow children, invalid or disabled
people to use it.
• Keep the device away from heat sources.
• Do not leave the device exposed to atmospheric agents (rain, sunlight, etc.), high
temperatures or close to computers or other electronic devices.
• Do not use the device in humid environments or close to water.
• Make sure to have dry hands when inserting and removing the plug and when acting
on the ON/OFF keys and setting the heating time.
• This device has to be used only with the voltage values given on the bottom of the
product.
• To avoid hazardous overheating unwind the power supply cable for its entire length.
• Disconnect the plug from the power outlet, when the device is not being used.
• Caution ! Do not intervene for any reason whatsoever on the electric cable. In case
of damage, refer to a dealer.
SPECIAL WARNINGS
• During operation, the steam bottle and baby food warmer contains
boiling water and steam coming out from the container, watch out to
avoid burns.
• Place the device on a flat, stiff and water-proof surface; keep the power cable away
from heat sources.
• Do not use the steam baby bottle warmer without water; use only cold tap water
without adding any essence, perfume, medicine or other substances.
• To prevent burns, do not touch the bottle when the device is operating.
• Do not remove the bottle from the device basket until the previously set time has
expired.
• Remove the bottles, jars, and containers from the steam baby bottle warmer using
a dry cloth in order to avoid burns; steam can burn.
• Do not cover or insert any items in the openings of the steam baby bottle warmer
(e.g. on the bottom of the device)
• Do not leave the device within the reach of children and prevent them from playing
with it.
• Caution ! This is not a toy, but a household digital steam baby bottle and food
warmer. Do not leave the device unattended also when it is not used.
• We do not recommend nor suggest the warming up of jars or homogenized baby
food and frozen baby food in the steam baby bottle warmer.
• Do not use the steam baby bottle warmer / food warmer to keep baby food and
liquids warm, because this may destroy the vitamins present in the food.
• Always check the milk and food temperature before giving them to the
baby.
• Milk and food, if warmed up twice, may lose some of their nutritional
properties and not assure a sufficient hygienic level and a proper
microbiological safety level: therefore, never warm them up twice,
rather through them away!
Always refer to your paediatrician to get information on the diet and
nursing of your baby and on the good practice in terms of hygienic and
microbiological safety.
This appliance is not intended for use by persons(including children) with reduced
physical,sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless
they have been given supervision or instruction.
The device is intended for use in the domestic/private environment only, not in commercial
situations. Please retain these instructions for future reference.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Before using the baby bottle warmer for the first time:
1) Place the steam baby bottle warmer unit on a flat and stiff surface.
2) Pour exactly 20 ml of cold tap water in the water tray using the measuring scoop
included in the supply.
3) Insert the baby bottle/jar holding basket (including the removable ring).
4) Insert the plug in a power outlet; the “POWER” warning light switches on.
Do not switch on the device until the base water tray has been filled
with water.
5) Press the “O/I” key; now it is possible to select the heating time using the “▲ ” and
“▼ ” keys. Set 3 minutes and press again the “O/I” key. The “HEAT” warning light
switches on and the display shows the countdown for the minutes (2 min, 1 min)
and seconds (59 sec., 58 sec.).
When it reaches 0, the baby bottle warmer unit sends three acoustic sig nals and
switches off automatically.
Caution ! Pay attention to avoid burns, because boiling steam comes out from the
unit.
6) After each heating cycle, the unit sends three acoustic signals indicating that the
cycle itself has ended. In any case, switch off the device disconnecting the
plug from the outlet.
7) Let the unit cool down for few minutes, extract the baby bottle/jar warmer basket
and remove any exceeding water from inside the baby bottle warmer unit, drying
the same with a clean cloth.
Now your baby bottle warmer is ready for use.
Caution! Before performing the heating cycle, verify that the baby bottles
and food jars can be boiled.
The speed in warming up milk and food depends on several factors, such as the
starting temperature (e.g. ambient temperature 20 °C or fridge temperature 4 °C),
as well as the bottle size / food quantity.
The following table provides instructions concerning the approximate heating time.
Always check milk and food temperature before giving them to the baby.

1) Place the baby bottle warmer unit on a flat and stiff surface.
2) Pour exactly 20 ml of cold tap water in the water tray using the measuring scoop
included in the supply .
3) Insert the bottle/jar holding basket.
4) Place the perfectly assembled bottle (including cover) or the food jar (closed with
its cover) in the bottle/jar holding basket. In case of use of a large capacity bottle,
it is possible to remove the ring of the bottle holding basket.
5) Insert the plug in a power outlet; the “POWER” warning light switches on.
Do not switch on the device until the base water tray has been filled
with water.
6) Press the “O/I” key; now it is possible to select the heating time using the “▲ ” and
“▼ ” keys. Set the minutes referring to the table above and press again the “O/I”
