FUNCIONAMIENTO
Este V entilador puede hacerse funcionar mediante los Controles
Manuales ubicados en la parte superior de la unidad o con el
Control Remoto (se muestra en la Figura 5).
1. Coloque el ventilador sobre una superficie firme y nivelada.
2. Conecte el cable eléctrico a un tomacorriente de 120 voltios.
3. Conecte la energía eléctrica a su ventilador pulsando el Botón
Alimentación ( ).
4. VELOCIDAD DEL VENTILADOR: Ahora puede ajustar la velo-
cidad del ventilador al nivel deseado - , 2 (mediana) ó 1 (baja)
- pulsando el Botón V elocidad ( ).
5. OSCILACIÓN: Oprima el Botón de Oscilación ( ) para activar y
desactivar la función de oscilación.
6. FUNCIÓN DE TEMPORIZADOR: Este ventilador está equipado
con un temporizador . El temp or i z a d o r p u e d e s e r p ro g r a m a d o
1 hora a 7 horas. Continúe oprimiendo el Botón T emporiza-
dor ( ) para lograr el tiempo de programación deseado. Para
cancelar el temporizador , presione el botón del temporiza dor
hasta que se apague la luz.
7. Después de apagar el V entilador , desconecte la unidad del toma-
corriente eléctr i co .

AL WA YS be sure the plug fits tightly into the outlet. When plugs fit loosely into outlets, they may slip partially out of the
outlet and create a poor connection. This may cause outlets to overheat and cr eate a potential fire hazar d. Outlets in this
condition should be replaced by a qualified electrician.
AL WA YS unplug the power cord when servicing, cleaning or moving the Fan. DO NOT use the ON/OFF switch as the sole
means of disconnecting power . NEVER leave children unattended when the Fan is on or plugged in. AL WA YS turn off and
unplug the Fan when not in use.
BE CERT AIN that the power source for the Fan is 120V AC. DO NOT plug the Fan into 240V or other power source.
The Blue Plug™ on your Lasko fan is a safety feature. It contains a non-r eplaceable safety device (fuse) that should not be
removed or tamper ed with. T o reduce the risk of fir e, electric shock and personal injury , DO NOT attempt to remove, r eplace,
repair or tamper with the originally supplied plug. If the Fan has stopped functioning, it may be due to the safety device incor -
porated in this plug. Call 800-233-0268, Monday - Friday , between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Easter n for questions. If the plug
warning label is missing or damaged, call the toll free number for a replacement label.
THIS F AN HAS A POLARIZED PLUG (one blade is wider than the other). This plug is designed to fit into the outlet only one
way . Match the wide blade to wide slot in outlet and FULL Y INSERT . DO NOT attempt to bypass or defeat this safety feature.
If the plug does not fit in the outlet, consult a qualified electrician. The outlet may need to be replaced.

•DO NOT use this Fan outdoors or near water or wet locations such as a bath tub, pool or hot tub. Use of this Fan in a wet location
may create a shock hazar d.
•DO NOT run cord under carpeting. Do not cover cor d with throw rugs, runners, or similar coverings. Do not r oute cor d under furniture
or appliances. Arrange cord away fr om traffic ar ea and wher e it will not be tripped over .
•NEVER use a single extension cord to operate mor e than one Fan or other electrical device.
•DO NOT use this Fan in a window . Rain may create an electrical hazard.
•DO NOT use this Fan if it has been damaged or is not functioning properly .

facilities including areas wher e livestock, poultry or other animals are confined. Please r efer to National Electric Code (NEC) Article
547-7 (2008), or applicable state or local codes or standards r elating to electrical requir ements for agricultural buildings.

locations. Please refer to National Electric Code (NEC) Article 500 or applicable state or local codes or standar ds relating to electrical

ENSAMBLAJE
1. Para un ensamblaje fácil, coloque el ventilador sobre
una superficie suave.
2. Ubique el cable eléctrico en la parte inferior del
ventilador . Coloque el cable eléctrico dentro del canal
del cable en el Apoyo de columna. (Figura 1)
3. Conecte el Ensamblaje de soporte de columna al
encajar las dos mitades de la columna e insertarla en
la parte inferior del ventilador . (Figura 1)
4. V oltee el ventilador hacia abajo y alinee las flechas
en la columna y la parte inferior del ventilador . Gire en
el sentido de las agujas del reloj para bloquearlo.
Utilice un tornillo de mariposa para fijar la columna al
ventilador . (Figura 2)
5. Arme la base interconectando las salientes en la base
de apoyo A dentro de los orificios de salientes en la
base de apoyo B. Introduzca el cable eléctrico a través
del orificio grande en el centro del ensamblaje de la
base de apoyo. (Figura 3)
6. Conecte la base a la columna y fije con tornillos de
mariposa. (Figura 4)
