The Alarm is activated:
1. The alarm on will only work in standby mode
2. When the alarm is sounding, the ALARM Symbol on the display will flash.
3. When the alarm is sounding, Pressing the MEMORY/ALARM button will stop the alarm.

When the alarm is activated, press the SNOOZE/DIMMER to stop the alarm for 9 minutes. (the snooze function
can be active for 1 hour).
Remark: Alarm volume value is last power off
7. System display Backlight:
The brightness of the display can be changed.

8. VOLUME
Use the VOL+/VOL‐ buttons to adjust the volume between 0 and 32 (Default value is 15).
The volume level setting will be stored when the unit is powered off. When powered on again the last known
volume level will be used.
9. RADIO FREQUENCY TUNING
For tuning you can use the SKIP+/SKIP‐ buttons.
Radio preset programming
A total of 20 FM stations can be stored in the system memory.
1. In Tuner mode you can use SKIP+/SKIP‐ buttons to scan for your favorite station. To save it as preset, press the
MEMORY button for 2 seconds. “P01” will be blinking on the display. Use the SKIP+/SKIP‐ keys to select the
desired preset number (max 20) and press the MEMORY but ton again to store the preset.
2. Note: If you don’t press any key within 10 seconds the unit will close the programming mode and no preset will
be stored
3. Retrieving the preset stations press Memory to access a preset station.
RDS information display
TheRadioDataSystem(RDS)isabroadcastingservicewhich allows stations to send additional information
along with the regular radio programmed signal. (RDS works on the in FM waveband only).
1. Tune to an FM RDS station, The Programmed Service name (station’s name) appears on the display.
2. Each time the RDS button is pressed, the RDS mode is changed as PS (Programmed Service name) → PTY
(Programmed Type) → RT (Radio Text)
Remark:
1. PS (Programmed Service name):When you select PS, the frequency will be displayed for 3 seconds, and then
PS (station’s name) will be displayed. If there is no PS data, “NO PS” will be displayed.
2. PTY (Programmed Type): W hen you select PTY, the programmed type will be displayed. If there is no PTY
data, “NO PTY” will be displayed.
3. RT (Radio Text): When you select RT, the new of stations composed of up to 64 symbols will be displayed. If
there is no RT data, “NO RT” will be displayed.
