7.3 Shelves

7.3.1 Moving/removing shelves

tally pulled out

uLift the shelf and pull to the front.

wSide recess to shelf position.

uReposition the shelf: Lift up or lower to the desired height

and insert.

uTake out the shelf completely: Pull out to the front.

uEasier removal: Set the shelf at an angle.

uReinsert the shelf: Push it in to its stop limit.

wPull-out stoppers are pointing down.

7.4 Split shelf

7.4.1 Using the split shelf

uPush the split shelf underneath as in the illustration

Adjusting heights:

uPull the glass panels out Fig. 23 (1) from the front, one at

a time.

uPull the support rails out of their retainers and snap into

place at the height you want them.

uSlide in the glass panels one at a time.

wFlat pull-out stoppers at the front, right behind the

support rail.

wTaller pull-out stoppers at the back.

Using both shelves:

uHold the bottom glass panel with one hand and pull it to

the front.

wThe glass panel Fig. 23 (1) with the trim strip is at the

front.

wThe stops Fig. 23 (3) point downward.

Appliances with freezer:*

uDo not place shelf rails and split shelves in front of the

fan.*

7.5 VarioSafe*

The VarioSafe provides space for small food, packs, tubes,

and jars.

7.5.1 Using the VarioSafe

You can remove the drawer and slide it back in at two

different heights. This is to accommodate taller small items

in the drawer.

uRemove the drawer.

uSlide in at any height Fig. 24 (1) or Fig. 24 (2).

7.5.2 Moving the VarioSafe

You can shift the height of the entire VarioSafe unit.
