be activated when the mop head is attached to the appliance. The rotation function is not possible with
any other attachment.
4. Slowly move the appliance over the surface to be cleaned. The absorbent microfibre pads absorb the
dirt that has been loosened by the steam. Apply the steam liberally. Have a towel ready to wipe away any
excess water that may gather.
5. Water level warning: If the temperature and steam display flashes 6 times or you hear a ticking noise, the
appliance is indicating a low water level. Once the appliance stops emitting steam, refill the water tank
to continue cleaning, or turn off the appliance and stop cleaning. The appliance allows filling of the tank
when it is activated, as it has an automatic water function that stops the steam process as soon as the
tank is empty.
6. Turning off the appliance: After each use, ensure that the appliance is SWITCHED OFF and unplugged from
the outlet so that it is completely SWITCHED OFF before next use. If there is still water in the tank, you
should empty it.
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR CLEANING REAL WOODEN FLOORS
Steam clean your real wooden floors at most every 3 days and only ever at Level 1 (lowest level).
Do not leave the device positioned over one place for more than 5 seconds when it is switched on.
Never pass over the same spot more than 3 times during cleaning; this should be enough to remove
any dirt and will ensure maximum longevity of your wooden floors.
Do not use on untreated wooden floors.
Test the appliance on a small, isolated area of your floor before using it across the entirety of the
surface!
Failure to follow these instructions can result in damage to a wooden floor (raised grain or similar).
General notes on use:
This product emits steam and generates moisture. Water stains, discolouration or damage may appear
at its base if the unit is operated in one place for too long.
Apply particular caution when using the appliance on vinyl, linoleum or other heat-sensitive floors.
Excessive heat can melt glue used on the floor. Only use the appliance on coated floors that have been
professionally laid and do not have any cracks or gaps that would allow moisture to enter.
Test the appliance on a small, isolated area of your floor before using it across the entirety of the
surface.
Never use the appliance in one place for too long. This can damage the floor surface. Never put your
hands or feet under the mop. The appliance gets very hot.
A pulsing noise may be heard while the mop is working. This is a perfectly normal operating noise, and
it means that the mop is producing steam. It is possible that some droplets of water will be generated
along with the steam. This is also completely normal.
The power and temperature of the steam could adversely affect some materials. Therefore, always test
the steam mop on an inconspicuous area first to ensure that the surface cannot be damaged by its use.
Tips for use:
Sweep or vacuum the floor before using the appliance.
To prevent the formation of puddles, the microfibre pads must always be clean and dry. To ensure this,
wring out the pads as needed.
To sanitize an area of your floor, allow it to work in one spot for about 10 seconds (but no longer than
15 seconds).
The mop can stand independently if you snap the handle forward.
USING THE HAND STEAM CLEANER
WARNING: Please make sure the appliance is unplugged before assembling it or changing accessories.
Note: Never remove or attach accessories while the appliance is in operation.
1. Press the semicircular telescopic pole release button (above the water tank release button) and pull the
telescopic pole straight out of the unit.
2. Fill the water tank with water.
3. Either attach the desired attachment (see section: Using the accessories) or use the mop head.
4. Once the appliance is fully assembled and filled with water, plug the power cord into an earthed outlet.
Press the steam button.
5. The appliance will start emitting steam after about 10-15 seconds. Select the desired steam level using
the steam button.
6. Slowly move the appliance over the surface to be cleaned.
7. If the handset stops emitting steam, refill the water tank if necessary and continue cleaning.
8. After each use, ensure that the appliance is SWITCHED OFF and unplugged from the outlet so that it is
completely SWITCHED OFF before next use.
NOTES AND TIPS FOR USE AS A HANDHELD STEAMER:
To hygienically clean work surfaces, kitchen counters, sinks, bathrooms, etc., let the steam cleaner
work in one place for about 15 seconds.
Do not use the hand steamer on heat- and steam-sensitive materials. The power and temperature of
the steam could adversely affect some materials. Therefore, always test on an inconspicuous area first
to ensure that the surface cannot be damaged by its use.
Do not use the handheld steamer to clean leather, waxed furniture, waxed floors, synthetic materials,
velvet, or other steam-sensitive materials.
USING THE ACCESSORIES (#9-10):
1. Removing the mop head: Press the mop head release button and pull the mop head off the appliance.
2. Attaching the jet nozzle: Now attach the jet nozzle to the main unit, making sure that the round pin on
the nozzle snaps into place on the main unit.
3. Attaching an attachment: Now attach the desired attachment (brush, corner nozzle) to the tip of the jet
nozzle. Insert both pins at the tip of the power nozzle into the guide rail on the respective attachment, and
turn the attachment to the left or right. To remove the attachment, twist it off again.
Notes on accessories:
ATTENTION: Never use the round metal brush on scratch-sensitive surfaces. To remove the brush, turn it
clockwise and pull it off the jet nozzle thread.
Accessories tips:
The round plastic brush is perfect for stains that are extremely difficult to remove (e.g. paint on the
floor) and is particularly suitable for cleaning smooth, hard surfaces such as toilets, sinks, kitchen
worktops, wheel rims and stubborn stains of all kinds.
The small round metal brush, on the other hand, is particularly effective for cleaning hard surfaces,
such as brick floors, grill grates, metal doors, metal frames and the like.
Both brushes are also highly effective for removing grease from pans, hotplates and ovens. You can
also use them in combination with soap or cleaner on dirty areas.
CLEANING, MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE
WARNING: Make sure the appliance is unplugged before attempting any cleaning operations.
Cleaning the water tank
Empty and clean the water tank after each use. Use detergent to clean the accessories (jet nozzle and round
brushes) if they are dirty. Then leave them to air dry.
Descaling the inside of the water tank
To get rid of limescale deposits inside the water tank, add a tablespoon or two of white vinegar to the water-
filled tank, put on the cap, and shake. DO NOT TURN ON THE STEAM CLEANER. Leave the container for a few
hours. Afterwards, empty the tank, refill with fresh water, and rinse until no debris is visible.
WARNING: Never fully immerse the appliance in water.
Removal of limescale deposits
If the appliance begins to generate steam more slowly than usual, or stops producing steam altogether,
limescale removal may be required. These deposits build up on metal parts over time and significantly affect
the performance of the mop. Limescale deposits should be removed regularly, approximately after each 25 to
50 tank fills, or at least once a month. This is especially true in hard water areas. The cleaning intervals depend
on the degree of hardness of the water and how intensively the mop is used.
To remove limescale deposits from the appliance, please follow the instructions below:
Cleaning with a cleaning solution:
1. Prepare a solution of 1/3 white vinegar and 2/3 tap water and pour it into the water tank.
2. Fix the appliance in place, ensuring that the steam cleaner is not pointed at floors, surrounding objects
or surfaces. Plug in the appliance, press the steam button and let it produce steam until the vinegar and
water solution has all turned to steam.
3. Repeat the above process as many times as necessary until the steam output returns to a normal level.
4. Fill the water tank with fresh water and rinse.
5. Fill the water tank with fresh water, put it back on the appliance, and release steam until the tank is
empty.
WARNING: SCALDING HAZARD
Never leave the steam cleaner unattended during the limescale removal process or during normal use.
Note: Before use, test the appliance in a suitable place to ensure that there is no debris remaining inside it.
6. Cleaning clogged accessories: Due to the high mineral content of water in some areas, you may
experience less steam being generated by your handheld steam cleaner. This could be due to limescale
deposits in the nozzle tip.
7. To remove limescale deposits, please proceed as follows: We recommend using a spray-on lubricant.
Spray once or twice into the tip of the nozzle. Then, according to the instructions, fill the steam cleaner
with water and continuously generate steam through the affected opening for a few minutes to remove
the deposit.
8. Once the affected part is clean and the steam is free to exit, point the steam cleaner at a neutral surface
or cleaning cloth to ensure no leftover particles are escaping with the steam.
Cleaning the microfibre pads:
You can clean the microfibre pads in the washing machine.
Pad material: 100% polyester

Using the cable clamps (#11):
In order to fix the power cable of the appliance in a space-saving and practical way, the appliance comes with
upper and lower cable clamps. Wrap the cable around the two cable clamps to keep it secure.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Issue/problem Solution
The appliance does not turn on. Check that the appliance is connected to the power supply and that the
cable is not damaged.
The mop head does not produce
steam.
Check whether there is enough water in the tank and whether the
appliance has heated up yet.
The pads no longer absorb dirt. The pads are full of dirt and cannot absorb any more. Change the pads.
