“Cappuccino” is the Italian name for espresso coffee served with a little milk and covered
with a rich, thick layer of froth.
• First of all, make an espresso in a large cup, filling it

• Fill a tall, narrow container

full with cold whole or
semi-skimmed milk. Froth the milk (sec. paragraph p. 56).
• Spoon the milk froth onto your espresso, sprinkle with cocoa
powder and enjoy.

Place a container under the nozzle.
• Turn the Hot water/steam selector towards as far as it will
go
and immediately press the button.
The hot water will flow out of the nozzle.
• To stop the flow, turn the selector back to 0
