REMOTE CONTROL
The system will beep and play your new an-
nouncement. To listen to your announcement
again, press ”1” or ”2” once after the security
code.
In order to reserve free memory for new mes-
sages, you may listen to the incoming messages
and delete insignificant ones as follows:
1.
Dial your telephone number from a touch tone
telephone.
2. When the system answers, enter ”
*
” to skip
the ANS play, a beep tone will be heard.
3. Press the security code + ”
*
” to enter the
“REMOTE CONTROL” mode.
4. Press ”5” to play all messages. Or
5. Press ”6” to play new messages.
The following options are available while you are
playing your messages:
•
Repeat messages:
To repeat an entire message, press key ”4” to
skip while the message is playing, to repeat
the previous message, press key ”4” while
Date/Time/Stamp (DTS) is playing.

Pause message:
Enter key ”5” to pause message play.
•
Skip message:
Enter key ”6” to skip message play.
•
Stop message:
Enter key ”8” to stop message play.
•
Deleting all old messages:
Enter ”*7” to erase all listened messages.
