• Cookingcanbetemporarilyinterruptedatanytimeby
pressingthe“Stop.Clear”buttononce.
• Cookingcanalsobetemporarilyinterruptedby
opening the door (practical if the food needs turning).
• Whencookingistemporarilyinterrupted,oneormore
functionindicatorswillshowonthedisplay,andthe
clockwillshowtheremainingcookingtime.
• Toresumecooking,closetheovendoor,ifithasbeen
opened, and restart the appliance by pressing the
“Instant.Start”(a)button.
• Ifyoupressthe“Stop/Clear”buttontwice,cookingwill
stop and the selected cooking time and the program
willreset.
Extending cooking time
• Youcanextendthecookingtimeatanypointduring
cookingbyturningthe“TimeWeight/AutoCooking”(g)
selector.Thetimewillbeincreasedatintervalsof10
seconds.Thisdoesnotapplytothedefrostprograms.
Express cooking
Expresscookingtakesplaceatfullmicrowavepowerfor
thenumberofminutesyouset.Thisfunctioncanbeuseful
ifyouwouldliketoquicklyheatacupofwaterorsimilar.
1. Pressthe“Express”(b)buttonrepeatedlytosetthe
cookingtime.Therstpresswillsetthedeviceto30
secondsandeachsubsequentpresswillincreasethe
time by 30 seconds.
2. Pressthe“Instant.Start”buttontocommencecooking.
3. Theovenwillstartandthedisplaywillshowthe
remaining cooking time.
Manual cooking – selecting power level
1. Pressthe“MicroPower”button(a)repeatedlytoselect
thepowerrequired.Seethevariouspowerlevelsin
thetablebelow.
2. Whenthedisplayshowsthedesiredpower,setthe
cookingtimeusingthe“Time/Weight/AutoCooking”
selector.
3. Closetheovendoor.
4. Pressthe“Instant.Start”buttontocommencecooking.

ashesandthedisplayshowstheremainingcooking

Defrost function
You can defrost food in the appliance using one of the
three defrost programs (see program list in the table
below).
1. Placethefrozenfoodsintheappliance.
2. Pressthe“AutoDefrost”buttonrepeatedlytoselect
therequireddefrostprogram.Thedisplaywillshow
theprogramnumberanddefrostsymbol“Def”.
3. Selectthedesiredweightusingthe“TimeWeight/
AutoCooking”selector.Theapplianceautomatically
calculatesdefrostingtimefortheweightgiven.
4. Closetheovendoor.
5. Pressthe“Instant.Start”buttontocommence
defrosting.
6. Theovenwillstartandthedisplaywillshowthe
remaining cooking time.

You can programme the appliance to start cooking at a
giventime.Theclockmustbesetbeforethetimerfunction
can be used.

o Youcanusemulti-stagecookingwithuptofour
stagestogetherwiththetimerfunction.
o You cannot use defrost or auto programs together

3. Pressthe“Preset.Clock”buttonandholditinfor3
seconds to return to the clock display.
4. Setthestarttimeasdescribedin“SettingtheClock”.
5. Pressthe“Preset.Clock”buttontocompletethe
setting.Abeepwillsoundandtheappliancewillrevert
toclockdisplay.Theredclocksymbolwillashonthe
display.
