How to use your appliance
1) Oven cooking
- Select the temperature for the cooking using
the thermostat dial (G) without passing
beyond the 260° C mark which is the start of
the grill or rotisserie function.
- Set the timer dial (I) to provide the necessary
cooking time adding if appropriate the pre-
heating time.
The temperature control indicator light (H) will
be on.When the chosen temperature is
reached, the light will go out.
NB: For timings of up to 25 minutes, turn the
timer dial (I) to 30 minutes and turn it back to
the required time.
- Place your food inside the oven, on the grid
shelf (M) at the height to suit the food to be
cooked (see cooking tables).
- Close the oven door.
- Once the cooking time is finished, the oven
switches off automatically.
- Open the door and remove your food. Never
use the drip tray while the oven is on. It would
prevent the free circulation of heat inside.
- To choose your cooking time refer to the
cooking tables at the end of this leaflet, which
will indicate the time for each type of food,
the position and temperature required.
2) Grillling
The grill allows you to seal and cook fish or
meat, and brown the top of cheese dishes.
- Open the door.
- Set the thermostat dial (G) to the GRILL (K)
setting. A red spur will appear which
prevents the door from closing to enable
the air to circulate during grilling. Do not try
to force the door shut.
- Set the timer dial (I) to the required cooking
time plus approximately four minutes for pre-
heating.
- The temperature control indicator light (H)
will light up.
Note: For cooking time less than 25 minutes,
set the timer to 30 minutes and turn it back to
the required cooking time.
- Place the drip tray with a little water at level
1 to collect the cooking fat.
- Place the food to be grilled on the grid shelf
at level 3. Never put them into a dish. The
grill will be positioned, turning or not
according to the thickness of the food.
- Take care to place the food 2 centimeters
minimum from the upper grill element.
- Keep an eye on your food and turn it halfway
through the cooking process.
When the cooking time has elapsed, your
oven switches off automatically
- Open the door and remove your food. During
cooking spitting fat which comes in contact
with the upper grill element can catch fire.
Do not worry. This will go out and will not
cause any damage.
3) Cooking with the rotisserie and spit.
The turnspit allows even cooking and brow-
ning for meat and poultry.
- Open the door
- Set the thermostat dial (G) to the Grill-
rotisserie setting (K). A red spur will appear
which prevents the door from closing to
enable the air to circulate during grilling. Do
not try to force the door shut.
- Select with the timer dial (I) the appropriate
cooking time, adding a pre-heating time of 4
minutes. The temperature control indicator
light (H) will light up.
Note: For cooking time less than 25 minutes,
set the timer to 30 minutes and turn it back to
the required cooking time.
- Pierce the food to be roasted with the spit
(Q1).
- Secure the food to be roasted with the forks
(Q2) locked with the tightening screws.
- Place the spit supports (P) on the drip tray
(N) in the grooves provided for this purpose.
- Place your spit on the spit supports.
- Place the drip tray (N) with the food to be
roasted in the oven (position 1), tilting the
supports to the right.
- Insert and grip the spit towards the spit-drive
(E) tilting the supports to the left.
- Ensure that the spit is turning correctly. If
not, check that the spit is engaged towards
the drive.
- The door remains partly open to allow the
air to circulate during the cooking.
When the cooking time has elapsed the oven
will automatically stop.
- Open the door, disengage the spit with an
oven glove and take out the dripping tray.
- Remove your roast using oven gloves.
Practical advice
Cooking food always produces a certain
amount of steam and occasionally smoke
escaping from the front of the oven. Smoke
and smells can be reduced by keeping the
oven walls very clean.
