Zorg dat de trainingsruimte die u gebruikt, voldoende hoog is. Houd hierbij rekening met de lengte van de gebruiker en de
maximalehellingshoogtevanhetbodemvlak.
De snelheid aanpassen
Druk op de toetsen voor het verhogen ( ) of verlagen ( ) van het snelheidsniveau om de snelheid van de loopband
op ieder gewenst moment in een trainingsprogramma te wijzigen. Om de snelheid snel te wijzigen drukt u op de
snelheidstoetsmetdegewenstevoorafingesteldewaarde,envervolgensopdeEnter-toetsvoorsnelheidswaarden.De
snelheid van de loopband wordt aangepast aan de gewenste snelheid.
Opmerking: Nadat u op een snelheidstoets met een vooraf ingestelde waarde hebt gedrukt, moet u binnen de 12
secondenopdeEnter-toetsvoorsnelheidswaardendrukken.
Pro elprogramma's
Dezeprogramma'shebbenverschillendehellingshoekenenloopbandsnelhedenopbasisvandemaximum-enminimum-
snelheid van de gebruiker . De gebruiker kan de hellings- en snelheidswaarden ook handmatig aanpassen op elk ge-

Control,Interval,T rainenCustom).Iederpro elprogrammabestaatuit16segmenten,waardooreenverscheidenheidaan
trainingen mogelijk is.
Tijdens een pro elprogramma geeft de console met een geluidssignaal aan of in het volgende segment de
helling of de snelheid zal worden aangepast. Wees bij elk nieuw segment voorbereid op hellings- en snel-
heidsveranderingen.
Op de console is de momenteel geselecteerde categorie actief, waarbij de eerste training van het profielprogramma
binnen die categorie wordt weergegeven. Gebruik de toetsen Hoger ( ) of Lager ( ) om de gewenste
pro elprogrammatrainingtekiezenuitdecategorievantrainingen. Op het einde van de beschikbare trainingen voor die
categorie zal de pijl voor meer opties (pijl omlaag) worden gedeactiveerd. Zo weet de gebruiker dat hij het einde van de
categorie heeft bereikt.
