HARDWARE WARRANTY

NintendoofAmericaInc.(“Nintendo”)warrantstotheoriginalpurchaserthatthehardwareproductshallbefreefrom

defectsinmaterialandworkmanshipfortwelve(12)monthsfromthedateofpurchase.Ifadefectcoveredbythiswarranty

occurs during this warranty period, Nintendo will repair or replace the defective hardware product or component, free of
