1. Clip the footrest pr otection (E.1) onto the child seat (A). Make sure tha t
they are correctly positioned. This step is extremely important for the
child’ s safety.
2. Unscrew the hand knob (G1) and simultaneously lift the red security
ring (G2). Open the jaw (G3) to an aperture wider than the luggage carrier .
3. Place the seat on the luggage carrier and then fasten the hand knob
(G1) so that the seat remains sligh tly attached to the luggage carrier .
Check if the jaw (G3) is properly fastened t o the luggage carrier .
4. F asten the hand knob (G1) so that the seat is well attached to the
luggage carrier . As soon as the hand knob is well tightened, make sure the
security lever is properly held as shown in the picture.
5. The child seat has a centr e of gravity (F) (inscribed on the child seat) that
must be positioned in front of the rear wheel axle . If it is positioned behind
the axle, the distance must not exceed 10 cm. If the centr e of gravity is
more than this distance from the axle , adjust the seat to the correct
position. Special care must also be taken when positioning the child seat

primary goals.
In this manual you will find the information to attach the baby seat to
the carrier .
Carefully read the manual f or a safe and correct installation of the baby
seat.
• The seat must not be mounted on bicycles with rear shock absorbers .
• The baby seat can be assembled on bicycles with wheels with diameters
of 26” and 28” .
• The baby seat must be assembled on a carrier with a load capacity of
25kg, accor ding to the ISO 11243 standard.
• The maximum weight applied to the carrier cannot exc eed 25kg.
• For saf ety reasons this seat shall only be fitted to luggage carriers in
accordance with ISO 11243 - 120 to 175 mm. Not e: This seat also fits wider
carriers – 185 mm.
• This baby seat is only suitable for carrying children with a maximum
weight of 22 Kg (and children with r ecommended ages ranging from 9
months to 5 years of age - with the weight as the decisiv e variable.) Check
the child’ s weight before using the baby seat. Under no circumstances
should you use the baby seat to transport a child whose weight is above
the permissible limit.
• If you have any doubts on assembling the baby seat on y our bicycle,
please contact your bicycle supplier for further information.

CARRIER MOUNTING SYSTEM
• The rider must be at least 16 years of age; Check legislation and na tional
regulations pertaining to this.
• This baby seat is only suitable for carrying children with a maximum
weight of 22 Kg (and children with r ecommended ages ranging from 9
months to 5 years of age - with the weight as the decisiv e variable.) Check
the child’ s weight before using the baby seat. Under no circumstances
should you use the baby seat to transport a child with a weight above
the permissible limit.
• Do not carr y a child less than 9 months of age in this baby seat. T o be
a passenger , the child must be able to sit up straight with the head held
upright while wearing a bicycle helmet. A doctor should be consulted if
the child’ s growth is questionable.
• Check if all parts of the bic ycle function correctly with the baby seat
mounted.
• Do not install this baby seat on a racing bicycle (drop handlebar).
• Secure the child into baby seat ensuring that all the saf ety belts and
straps applied firmly but not so tight as to cause discomfort to the child.
• The baby seat must never be used befor e adjusting the safety belt.
• Do not allow any part of the child’s body or clothing , shoelaces, baby seat
belts, etc. to c ome in contact with moving parts of the bic ycle because can
be harmful to the child or cause accidents.
• A wheel protector is recommended t o prevent the child from
inserting its feet or hands between the spokes. T he use of protection
underneath the saddle or the use of a saddle with internal springs is
mandatory. Make certain that the child is not able to hinder the brakes,
thus avoiding accidents. These adjustments should be revised with
child´s growth.
Detach the safety-belt (C) in order to remove the baby carrier .
T o remove the seat from the luggage carrier , unfasten the hand knob (G1)
and lift simultaneously the red security ring (G2) in order to open the jaw
(G3) wider than the width of the luggage carrier .
T o keep the baby seat in good working condition and to prevent accidents
we recommend the follo wing:
• Check regularly the mounting system of the seat t o the bicycle in order
to make sure it is in perfect condition.
• Check all the components to see if they work properly . Do not
use the seat if any of the components are damaged . Damaged
components must be replaced. In or der to replace them you need t o
visit your local authorized POLISPORT dealer in order to get the corr ect
components for replacemen t. You can find them on the website:
www.polisport.com.
• If you have suffer ed an accident with your bicycle and safety seat, we
advise you to get a new safety seat. Even if ther e is no visible damage
to the seat.
• Clean the seat with soap and water (do not use abrasiv e, corrosive or
toxic products). L eave it to dry at room temperature .

W ARRANTY CLAIMS
T o obtain warranty ser vice, you must have y our original sales receipt. Items
returned without a sales receipt will assume that the warran ty begins
on the date of manufacture. All warranties will be v oid if the product is
damaged due to user crash, abuse, system modification, or used in an y
way not intended as described in this operating manual.

HOW T O REMOVE YOUR BABY SEA T
MAINTENANCE
W ARRANT Y
• Dress the child with proper clothes accor ding to weather conditions and
use an appropriate helmet.
• Children in child seats need to be mor e warmly dressed than riders of
cycles and should be protected from rain.
• When the baby seat is not in use, fasten the waist buckle of the security
harness to prevent the straps fr om dangling and entering in contact with
some turning part of the bic ycle as wheels, brakes , etc. as these may be a
hazard to the cyclist.
W ARNING: Additional security devices shall always be fastened.
W ARNING: Do not attach additional luggage to the child carrier . I f you
carry additional luggage its weight must not exceed the bicycle’ s carr ying
capacity and it must be carried in front of the rider .
W ARNING: Do not modify the seat.
W ARNING: The c ycle may behav e differently with a child in the seat
particularly with regard to balance, steering and braking.
W ARNING: Never leave the cycle parked with a child in the seat
unattended.
W ARNING: Remove the seat when transporting the bicycle by car (outside
the car). Air turbulence might damage the seat or loosen its fastenings or
other suspended elements, which could lead to an accident .
W ARNING: F asten the hand knob (G1) so that the seat is well attached to
the luggage carrier . As soon as the hand knob is well tightened, make sure
the security lever is properly held as shown in the picture.
W ARNING: Do not use the seat if any part is broken or damaged. Check
the screws regularly and replace an y when required .
• The position of the baby seat must be adjusted so that the bicycle rider
does not touch the baby seat with the feet when in motion.
• The weight of the rider and the child carried must never be more than
the maximum load allowed for the bicycle. Check the bicycle instructions
manual or check with the manufacturer to make sure if the bicycle
supports this additional load.
• Y ou must cover any sharp or pointy objects on the bicycle that may be
reached by the child, in an y situation.
• The seat and cushion can get hot if under the sun for a long time. Make
sure that they are not too hot bef ore seating the child.
• Check that the seat functions correctly when mounted.
• Check for any laws and r egulations that might be in for ce in your country.
Relating to the carrying of children in seats attached to cycles.
• Carry only children that are able to sit unaided for a longer period of time,
at least as long as the intended cycle journey.
• It’s very important to adjust correctly the seat and its component parts
for optimum comfort and safety of the child. It’s also important that the
seat does not slope forwards, so that the child does not tend to slide out of
it. It’s also important that the backrest slope backwards slightly .
to ensure that the cyclist does not touch the child seat with his feet when
cycling. Make sure that the mounting plate ( G) is firmly attached to the
carrier before proceeding . This step is extremely impor tant for child and
cyclist safety.
6. Pass the saf ety belt (C) around the bicycle frame. Adjust it as shown in
the picture, under tension.
7. T o place the child in the seat, first fully extend the belt straps (B), sliding
the adjusters (B2). This makes it easier to put the helmet when the child is
in the seat. Do the same for the other side.
8. T o place the child in the seat, first open the belt. Start by pressing the
releases on the sides of the safety buckle (B4) and pull the buckle (B1)
upwards, so tha t it slides out of the socket (B5). Place the child in the seat.
Insert the safety buck le (B1) in its socket again (B5). Make sure that the
buckle socket (B5) is correctly positioned and does not hurt the child. Nex t
adjust the belt to the size of the child to ensure tha t the child is firmly
secured. F irst adjust the height of the belt. T o do this, pull the straps
according to the siz e of the child. Before starting the journey, alwa ys check
that the child is secured and that the belt is snug but not so tight that it
hurts the child. W e recommend that the child’ s helmet be put on after
the belt is adjusted.
9. T o adjust the height of the footrest (E) to fit your child, r elease the
footrest (E) fr om the seat (A) by pr essing the two fasteners together and
lift the footrest as indicated in the picture (it may be nec essary to apply
some pressure to the fast eners).
10. T o guarantee your child’ s safety, adjust the strap (D) of the footrest.
Unlock the strap (D) and adjust it to the child’ s foot. Lock it again making
sure the strap does not hurt the child.
11. Make sure you have f ollowed and fulfilled all the instructions given.
When done so, the baby seat is r eady for use. IT IS M ANDA TORY TO READ

• Le porte-bébé peut être monté sur des vélos avec roues de diamètr es

• Ce siège pour bébé doit être placé sur un porte-bagages capable de
supporter un poids de 25 kg, conformément à la norme ISO 11243.
• Le poids de chargement du porte-bagages ne peut excéder 25 kg.

et convient aux enfants âgés de 9 mois à 5 ans, dans la limit e du poids

bébé. Il est formellement déconseillé d’utiliser le siège bébé pour
