The operating principle of MONDIALVAP 5000 is conceived for cleaning various types of surfaces
with the simple use of steam at high exit pressure and, if required, mixed with a jet of water/
detergent. The cleaning action takes place thanks to the coexistence of 3 important factors:
volume, temperature, humidity. The volume determines the impact of the fluid with the surface to
be treated, mechanically takes off and removes the dirt in the same way as an imaginary blade,
but without scratching the treated areas. The temperature is an important steam component, in
fact it has a double role: it melts the dirt to make suction easier and disinfects the surfaces. The
steam humidity, when in contact with dirt, makes it soft by changing the principal physical
characteristics of consistency, hardness and adhesion. To further increase the power of Mondialvap
5000, it is possible to mix cold water to the steam temperature thus obtaining a strong mechanical
action with a small dose. Steam condensation, dirt and water are collected by sucking them into a
suitable container. The appliance is equipped with a special suction device which allows you to suck
up the dirt and condensation created by the steam. The unit allows you to vacuum up to 8 litres of
non-foamy liquid substances. The machine is equipped with 3 filters: water, polyester and coil, which
stop the sucked up dirt. The sucked up dirt is filtered through the water in the dirt containers and
the sucked up air is 100% cleaned in the water before being re-emitted into the air.
