8.4 Pressure level LEDs (Fig. 9)
When a target pressure is set and the device is working, the level LEDs will flicker. Once the
target pressure is reached, the level LEDs will stop flickering and will turn solid green.
8.5 Dual hoses
The inflator has two hoses for two types of inflation. The high pressure hose is for inflating
high pressure items like tires. The high-volume hose is designed for inflating or deflating low
pressure, high volume items like air rafts, mattresses, and floats.
NOTE: Pressure gauge and preset features are relative only to high
pressure hose applications.
8.6 Installing and removing the high volume hose
▪ Remove the high volume hose from the storage location.
8.6.1 Inflating
▪ Line up the notches of the hose with the nubs of the high volume pump inflator connection. Then
slide the hose on and twist counter clockwise to secure. (Fig. 10)
▪ To remove, twist the hose clockwise and slide hose off.
▪ Many inflatables have an internal flap that prevents air loss during inflation, especially air
mattresses. Unless this flap is displaced by the nozzle the inflatable will not inflate. Push the
nozzle firmly into the valve to make sure that you push this flap out of the way.
8.6.2 Deflating
▪ Place the high volume hose in the high-volume pump deflate connection (11).
9 OPERATION
WARNING: Do not overinflate item being inflated
WARNING: To reduce the risk of serious personal injury, turn tool off and
disconnect battery pack before making any adjustments or
removing/installing attachments or accessories. An accidental start-up can
cause injury.
9.1 High-volume mode
▪ For high-volume mode, inflating and deflating, press the mode switch to the left and then
the unit will start working (Fig.11).
9.2 High-pressure mode
▪ For high-pressure mode, press the mode switch to the right and then the unit will start
working (Fig.12).
▪ Insert the correct inflating accessory into the Quick Connect Valve Adaptor before inflating
desired item and push down the Valve Lock Lever to secure the connection. (Fig. 13)
▪ The Digital Pressure Gauge will display the current pressure of the item you are inflating
on the upper section of the LCD screen.
▪ The target pressure setting will appear on the LCD screen. Press the + or - buttons on the
Digital Pressure Gauge to set the desired target pressure. The Digital Pressure Gauge
preset range is 1 PSI (0,05 bar) minimum to 160 PSI (11 bar) maximum.
▪ When the LCD readout screen is displaying the target pressure, the LCD readout will blink
3 times at the desired preset level.
