which has 3 settings to suit different recipes, types of products and cooking
times. Default cooking time — 22 minutes. The ingredients, including the liquid,
should ll the bowl no higher than the maximum le vel on the scale on the
inside of the bowl.
PILAF (high pressure)
T o make different types of pilaf, use the PILAF mode, which has 3 settings t o
suit different recipes, types of products and cooking times. Default cooking time
— 20 minutes. The ingredients, without liquid, should ll the bowl no higher
than the 3/5 level on the scale on the inside of the bo wl.
OA TMEAL (high pressure )
T o make different types of milky cereals, use the automatic O A TMEAL mode,
which has 3 settings to suit different recipes, types of products and cooking
times.
The ingredients, including the liquid, should ll the bowl no higher than the
2/5 level on the scale on the inside o f the bowl. Default cooking time — 5minut es.
Use pasteurised skimmed milk when preparing c ereals in the pressure and
multicooker .
T o avoid over-boiling the milk and t o achieve the required results, complete
the following steps prior to c ooking:
• wash all grains (rice, buckwheat , millet, etc.) thoroughly until the water
runs clear;
• rub some butter on the sides of the multicook er bowl;
• use precise proportions, measuring the ingredients according to the
recipe; always increase or decrease quantities proportionally;
• if using whole milk, dilute it with equal parts drinking water .
Milk and c ereals can differ depending on where they were produced, and this
can sometimes affect c ooking results.
BEANS (high pressure)
T o cook peas, beans, lentils and other types o f pulses, use the automatic BEANS
mode, which has 3 settings to suit different recipes, types of products and
cooking times. Default cooking time — 40 minutes. The ingredients, without
liquid, should ll the bowl no higher than the 3/5 level on the scale on the
inside of the bowl.
BAKE (normal pressure)
T o bake cakes, pies and puddings, as well as bake meat, sh and vegetables,
use the automatic BAKE mode, which has 3 settings to suit different recipes,
types of products and cooking times. Default cooking time — 30 minutes.
Theingredients should ll the bowl no higher than the 2/5 level on the scale
on the inside of the bowl.
GAME (high pressure)
T o c ook gamebirds (rich meats, large meat or poultry joints) or to make aspic
jelly , use the automatic GAME mode, which has 3 settings to suit different
recipes, types of products and c ooking times. Default cooking time — 30 minutes.
The ingredients, including the liquid, should ll the bowl no higher than the
4/5 level on the scale on the inside of the bo wl.
POPC ORN (normal pressure)
T o make popcorn, use the special automatic POPC ORN mode.
1 . P our the popcorn grains (without packaging) into the bowl no more than
200 grammes at a time.
2 . Place the bo wl inside the appliance, making sure that it is straight and
ts securely onto the heating element. Close and lock the lid.
3 . R emove the steam-release valv e switch by pulling it up wards. Plug the
appliance in.
4 .
Press the POP CORN button. The indicator will light up and in a few se conds
the heating indicator will appear on the display as c ooking begins. There
is no countdown timer in this mode.

When ready , the appliance emits a signal and “0000” appears on the display .

Wait until the popping stops inside, then open the lid and remove the
bowl of popcorn.
NOTE: When making popc orn, the appliance becomes very hot. Be c areful. Use
oven glo ves.
STEW (high pressure)
T o make stews, use the automatic STEW mode, which has 12 settings to suit
different recipes, types of products and cooking times. The default cooking time
depends on the chosen product (“MEA T” , “FISH” , “VEGETABLES” , “POUL TRY”).
The ingredients, including the liquid, should ll the bowl no higher than the
4/5 level on the scale on the inside of the bo wl.
STEAM (high pressure)
T o steam vegetables, sh, meat, seafood, dietary and vegetarian dishes, or
children’ s food, use the automatic STEAM mode, which has 12 settings to suit
different recipes, types of products and cooking times. The default cooking time
depends on the chosen product (“MEA T” , “FISH” , “VEGETABLES” , “POUL TRY”).
When steaming, use the steaming container and grille (pro vided):
1 . P our 300-350 ml water into the bowl.
2 . P repare all the ingredients according to the re cipe and place them even

ly in the steaming c ontainer . Place the grille inside the bowl and plac e
the container on top.
3 . Follow the instructions in points 2-11 of the General Proc edure for Using
Automatic P rogrammes.
MUL TI-CHEF (high/normal pressure)
If the automatic modes do not suit the purposes of a c ertain dish, you can use
the manual MUL TI-CHEF mode. It allows you to c ook at both high and normal
pressure, setting the cooking time at 2 t o 99 minutes in 1-minute intervals.
Default cooking time — 10 minutes.
The ingredients, including the liquid, should ll the bowl no higher than the
4/5 level on the scale on the inside of the bo wl.
1 . Measure out and prepare the ingredients acc ording to the recipe. Place
them in the bowl and add water .
2 . Place the bo wl inside the appliance and twist it slightly , making sure that
it is straight and ts securely onto the heating element. Close and lock
the lid.
3 .
Switch the steam-release valve t o HIGH PRESSURE or NORMAL PRESSURE
as required. Plug the appliance in.
4 . P ress the “MUL TI-CHEF” button. The indicator lights up and the default
cooking time starts to ash on the display .
5 . P ress the “+” or “ – ” butt ons to set the required cooking time.
