Other food items such as hard cheese,
chocolate or raw meat are also unsuitable
for processing.
∙ After processing, always remove the plug
from the wall socket before taking the lid
off or detaching the drive unit. To detach
the unit, turn it so that the arrow mark and
open-lock symbol are aligned. Remove
the lid and take out the processed food
and the blade unit.
∙ When processing further food after the
fi rst cycle, make sure that the receptacle
for the blade unit at the bottom of the bowl
is free of food residue before refi tting the
unit.
For maximum performance when using the
blender attachment, the following recipe may
be used:
Blend 280 g soaked carrots and 420 ml
water for 60 seconds.
For maximum performance when using the
chopping attachment, the following recipe
may be used:
Process 200 g of boneless meat.
Whisk attachment
The whisk attachment is suitable for
whipping cream or beating egg-white, or for
processing liquids such as soups or sauces.
∙ Fit the whisk attachment to the whisk
mounting.
∙ Fit the drive unit to the whisk mounting;
then turn to lock it, ensuring that the arrow
and lock symbols are properly aligned.
∙ Always use a suitable container for
operation. Any tall container with a
fl at base is suitable. Push the whisk
attachment down into the ingredients in
the bowl before briefl y switching the unit
on with the operation buttons.
∙ Always wait until the motor has come to a
complete standstill before lifting the whisk
attachment from the mixture.
∙ Remove the plug from the wall socket
after use.
For maximum performance when using the

The blender jug has a non-slip base which
can also be used as a lid.
Mounting the wall bracket
Drill two 6 mm holes in the wall to match
the mounting holes in the bracket. Insert the
plugs provided into the holes. (Depending
on the nature of the wall, the use of special
plugs may be required.) Screw the bracket
on to the wall. Afterwards ensure that the
wall bracket is securely held in place.
Cleaning and care
∙ Always remove the plug from the wall
socket before cleaning the appliance.
∙ Do not use abrasives, harsh cleaning
solutions or sharp or pointed objects for
cleaning.
∙ Remove any food residue after each cycle
of use.
∙ To avoid the risk of electric shock, do
not clean the drive unit or power cord
with liquids or immerse them. The drive
