Connecting two loudspeakers
NOTES:
• Playback via cable is always only possible with o ne loudspeaker .
• The distance between the loudspeakers should not be more than 10 m .
• If you ar e using two loudspeakers of type SBLP 5.0 B1
together with your
smartphone, thes e can play the sound as a pair of stereo loudspeak ers (T rue
Wireless Stereo TWS).
1. If the audio device has previously been connected with a
loudspeaker of type SBLP 5.0 B1, please delete that con-
nection from the list of Bluetooth connections.
2. Switch on both lo udspeakers us ing the buttons 6 . An audio signal
sounds and the LEDs 2 flash white.
If one l oudspeak er is s till c onnecte d to an au dio devi ce (LE D2 flashes
slowly white), briefly press the pairing button 1 on this lou dspeaker .

3. Hold down the pairin g button

on one loudspeaker until an audio sig-
nal sounds. The two loudspeakers are now be ing paired with one another .
4. After a brief time, the LED
2
on one of the loudspea kers flas hes white,
while on the other the LE D flashes slowly w hite. T hese two pair ed loud-
speakers can be connecte d to an audio d evice.
5. Switch on the aud io device (e.g. smartpho ne) and star t the Bluetooth
connection. The audio device should now r eceive the device identifica-
tion “SBLP 5.0 B1” .
6. Establish a connection to the lo udspeakers on the audio device. If you
are asked for a password, enter “0000” . All three devices are now in-
terconnected. The list of Bluetooth connections on the audi o device dis-
plays the identification “SBLP 5.0 B1” . An audio signal sounds. The
loudsp eake r with th e flashi ng LED2 plays the right audio ch annel, and
the loudspeaker with the lit LED plays the le ft audio channel.
7. Now , start the playback of a music track on the audio device. The
sound is played back via the loudspeakers.
NOTES:
• Hold down the button 6 on one of the two paired loudspeakers to
switch off both devices simultaneously.
• T o unpair two paired loudspeakers, hold down the pairing button 1
on the loudspeaker with the slowly flashing white LED2 until an audio
signal s ounds.
Disconnecting Bluetooth connection and searching for
a new device
If you want to connec t another device to the loudspeaker via Bluetooth, pro-
ceed as f ollows:
1. The loudspeaker is switc hed on and Bluetoo th is activated.

briefly. An audio signal sounds and th e operating
mode LED
2
flashes. Th e identificat ion of the loudspea ker is sent .
3. Proc eed as described unde r “Establishing a Bluetooth connection” .
Disconnecting a Bluetooth connection
In order to disconnect the Bluetooth connec tion, select one o f the following
options:
• Pr ess the button 6 until the loudspeaker is switche d off.
• Pr ess the button 1 brie fly. An audio signal sounds an d the operating
mode LE D2 flashes.
• Plug a ja ck into the j ack sock et10 on the loudspeaker . The operating
mode LE D2 is lit green.
• The connection is al so disconnecte d if the connected devices are set up
too far apart from each other or obstacles inter fere with the radio link.
Playback using a cable (Aux in)
NO TE: playback via a cable has priority over the Blue tooth connection. Any
Bluetooth c onnection set up will be interrupted.
1. Plug the jack of the 3.5 mm stere o jack cable14 into the headphon e
socket of the sound source (e.g. MP3 player , telephone) a nd the jack
socket10 on the loudspeaker .
2. Switch on the sound source.
3. Switch the lo udspeaker on using th e button 6 . The LED2 is lit green.
4. Start playbac k from the sound source. The sound is played back via th e
loudspeaker7 .
5. Set the volume on the sound source to the maximum level and adjust the
volume on the device using the buttons 3 /5 . The music track can
only be chosen via the sound sou rce.
• Mute the device by pressing the button 4 .
Cleaning / storing if not in use
NOTES:
• Disconnect all ca ble connecti ons.
• Switch off the device using the butt on 6 .
• Clean the device with a slightly damp cloth. Solvents, spirits, th inners
etc. must not be used, as they ca n damage the sur face of the device.
• When not using the device, store it in a place where neither hi gh tem-
peratures nor moisture can affect it.
• Charge the battery before storing the device away for a prolonged pe-
riod. Please note that if the device is stor ed for too long, this may re-
duce the batter y capacity. Avoid a deep discharge of the batter y.
Disposal
The battery in tegrated into this device must not be treated as household
waste. The device with the installed batter y must be disposed of properly.
This product is subject to the provisions of European Direc-
tive 2012/19/EC. The s ymbol showing a wh eelie bin
crossed through indicates that the product requir es sepa-
rate refuse c ollection in the European Union. This applies to
the product and all accessories marked with this symbol.
Pr oducts marked as such may not be discarded with nor mal
domestic waste, but must be taken to a collection point for
recycling electrical and electronic devices. This disposal is free of charge.

your device is provided with a 3 year warra nty starting with the purchase
date. In the event of product defects, you are entitled to statutory rights
against the vendor. These sta tutory rights are not restricted b y our warranty

Warranty conditions
The warranty period starts with the purchase da te. Please keep the original
purchase receipt in a safe place. Th is docume nt is requ ired to v erify the pur-
chase.
If within three ye ars from the purchase date of this product a material or fac-
tory defect occurs, the product will be re paired or replaced by us – at our
discretion – free of charg e to you, or the purchase price will be refunded.
This warranty im plies that within the period of three years the defective de-
vice and the purchase receipt are presented, including a brief w ritten de-
scription of the defect and the time it occurred .
If the defect is covere d by our warranty, the repaired o r a new product will
be returned to you. No new warranty period starts with a repair or replace-
ment of the produc t.
Warranty period and statutory claims for defects
The warranty period is not extended when the wa rranty has been cla imed.
This also applies to replaced and repaired parts. Any damages and defects
already existing at the time of purchase must be repo rted immediately upon

Warranty coverage
