Enjoying Audio
The Reader has an audio player so that you can enjoy audiobooks, or listen to music while reading.

For details on supported file types, see Details.
Playing audio
1. Press the (Home) button tap [Audio].
The album list opens. See Details.
2. Tap an album.
The track list appears.
3. Tap a track.
The audio player opens and starts playing the track.
Item Description
Playback icon
Appears during playback.
Mute
Temporarily turns off audio output from the player.
Cover art
Displayed when available.
Shuffle
Enables shuffle playback.
Repeat
Tap once to repeat one song. Tap again to repeat all songs in the album.
Tap once more to disable.
Audio controls
Tap
to pause.
Tap
to play.
Tap
to skip to the beginning of the previous audio file (or the beginning
of the current file if you tap more than 3 seconds into the track).
Tap
to skip to the beginning of the next audio file.
