Safety Instructions
Safety always comes first. Please keep the following points in mind at all times. Please read and follow this
instructional guide completely before using your Ab Swing. Keep this guide in a safe place and make sure everyone
who uses the Ab Swing also reads this guide. Have a safe and enjoyable workout.
• The MAXIMUM WEIGHT CAPACITY of the Ab Swing is 250 lbs. Persons whose body weight exceeds the limit
should NOT use this machine.
• If at any time you feel faint, light headed or dizzy, stop exercising immediately. You should also stop if you
experience any undue stress, pressure or pain at any time. See your doctor before continuing to workout.
• The Ab Swing has moving parts. Please keep all children and pets away from the Ab Swing during use, as
well as when the machine is unattended.
•Make sure that the unit is operated on a clean, dry, flat and level surface; a carpeted floor will provide the
maximum amount of security.
• Be sure that the legs of the machine are fully extended.
•Wear proper clothing for exercise and it is recommended that the Ab Swing be used with proper footwear.
• Always follow the correct exercising procedure as outlined in this guide when using the Ab Swing.
• Always choose the proper intensity level that best suite your physical strength and flexibility levels. Know your
limits and train within them. Always use common sense when exercising.
• Ensure that you sit high on the Ab Swing with your feet on either side of the unit. Place one foot at a time in
the unit before securing your final exercise position.
• Begin slowly and get used to the unique movement of the Ab Swing prior to starting your routine.
•To avoid serious injury, never place any party of your body between or near any moving parts.
• Do not operate this or any other piece of exercise equipment if it is damaged.
WARNING
Before starting any exercise or conditioning program, you should consult with your
personal physician to see if you require a complete physical exam. This is
especially important if you are over the age of 35, have never exercised before, are
pregnant, or suffer from any illness. Please read and follow the safety instructions.
