GENERAL WARNINGS
• Read this manual since it contains important information and instructions with
regard to safety, use and maintenance of your appliance. Keep it a safe place
for future reference.
• After having removed the packaging, check that the appliance is undamaged
and that no parts are missing. If you have any doubts do not use it and contact
a TERMOZETA authorised Service Centre.
• Do not leave the packaging components (plastic bags, foam polystyrene, nails,
etc) within the reach of children or incapable people since they are a source of
potential danger.
• The electrical safety of this appliance can only be guaranteed if it is correctly
connected to an efficient earthing system in compliance with current electrical
safety standards. Termozeta shall not be held liable for any damages resulting
from a system which has not been earthed.
• Before connecting the plug to a power point, check that the technical data on
the rating label of the appliance corresponds to those of the main power supply
and local electrical system. In case of doubt contact a qualified electrician.
• The use of adaptors, multiple plugs and/or extension leads is not
recommended. However if necessary, only use type-approved devices that
conform to the current safety standards making sure that they are compatible
with your electrical system and with the technical data of the appliance.
• Any installation not conforming to the above instructions may
compromise the safety of the appliance and cancels the guarantee.
• This appliance has been designed to prepare popcorn and is exclusively for
domestic use.
• For safety reasons:
- do not use the appliance with bare feet and wet hands or feet
- only use the appliance for domestic purposes
- do not leave the appliance exposed to atmospheric agents (sun, rain…)
- do not allow the appliance to be used by children or incapable persons
- never pull at the power supply cable or the appliance itself to disconnect the
plug from the power point
- do not leave the appliance plugged into the main power supply unattended
- never immerse the appliance in water or other liquids.
• The power supply cable of the appliance must not be replaced by the user.
If necessary, contact a TERMOZETA authorised Service Centre or a qualified
electrician.
• If the appliance breaks down or does not function properly, turn it off and do not
touch. Contact a TERMOZETA authorised Service Centre for any repairs and
ask for original spare parts.
• Make the appliance unserviceable at the end of its running life by unplugging it
from the power point and cutting the power supply cable. Follow the current
standards in your country for its disposal.
• Termozeta cannot be held responsible for any damages to people, animals or
things caused by incorrect installation or due to improper, incorrect and
negligent use.

• Lees deze gebruiksaanwijzingen. Er staan waarschuwingen en inlichtingen in
die belangrijk zijn voor uw veiligheid, het gebruik en het onderhoud van het
apparaat dat u heeft gekocht. Bewaar de aanwijzingen om ze op elk ogenblik te
kunnen raadplegen.
• Controleer na het uitpakken of het apparaat niet beschadigd is en of er niets
ontbreekt. Als u denkt dat er iets niet in orde is, gebruik het apparaat dan niet
en raadpleeg een erkende technische service TERMOZETA.
• Laat geen verpakkingselementen (plastic zakjes, piepschuim, nagels enz.)
binnen het bereik van kinderhanden of onbevoegden voor wie ze een bron van
gevaar zijn.
• De veiligheid van dit apparaat is alleen gewaarborgd als het apparaat correct
wordt aangesloten op een geaarde leiding zoals voorgeschreven door de
geldende veiligheidsvoorschriften inzake elektrische apparaten. Termozeta kan
niet aansprakelijk worden gesteld voor eventuele schade die is veroorzaakt door
een stroomleiding die niet is geaard.
• Voordat u de stekker in het stopcontact steekt, controleert u of de technische
gegevens op het serieplaatje overeenstemmen met de gegevens van het net en
van uw eigen elektrische leiding. Raadpleeg technisch bevoegd personeel in
geval van twijfel.
• Wij raden het gebruik van adapters, meervoudige contactdozen en
verlengsnoeren, af. Gebruik in geval van nood uitsluitend goedgekeurde
toestellen die aan de veiligheidsvoorschriften voldoen en controleer altijd of ze
geschikt zijn voor uw elektriciteitsleiding en het apparaat.
• Een installatie die niet voldoet aan wat hierboven is voorgeschreven, kan
uw veiligheid in gevaar brengen en maakt de garantie ongeldig.
• Dit is een huishoudelijk apparaat dat uitsluitend is bedoeld voor het bereiden
van popcorn.
• Met het oog op uw eigen veiligheid:
- gebruikt u het apparaat niet met blote voeten en met natte voeten of handen
- gebruikt u het apparaat niet op andere plaatsen dan binnen uw eigen
huisomgeving
- stelt u het apparaat niet bloot aan zon, regen e.d.
- laat u het apparaat niet gebruiken door kinderen of onbevoegden
- trekt u nooit aan het stroomsnoer of aan het apparaat zelf om de stekker uit
het stopcontact te halen
- laat u de stekker van het apparaat nooit onbewaakt in het stopcontact steken
- dompelt u het apparaat nooit onder in water of andere vloeistoffen.
• Het stroomsnoer van dit apparaat mag niet door de gebruiker worden
vervangen. Als u denkt dat er iets niet in orde is, raadpleeg dan een erkende
technische service TERMOZETA of een deskundige technicus.
• Als het apparaat defect is of niet goed werkt, zet u het uit en knoeit u er niet aan.
Laat het apparaat repareren door een erkende technische service Termozeta en
verzoek om originele reserveonderdelen.
• Als u het apparaat niet meer wenst te gebruiken, maakt u het apparaat
onbruikbaar door het stroomsnoer door te knippen nadat u de stekker uit het
stopcontact heeft gehaald. Gooi het apparaat weg volgens de voorschriften
inzake afval die gelden op de plaats waar u woont.
