Enable Thermo-Timer Mode ” “ ” “
• The display shows the time or the current temperature.
a) Press the [set] key once.
b) Now press the [mode] key repeatedly until “-: -”
appears in the display, as well as a flashing ” “ and a
steady ” “. The switch on time of the time-pair 1 is
now set as described under Timer-mode.
c) Press the [set] key . The display shows “18.0 °C” and
a steady ” “, as well as flashing ” “, is displayed.
Now you can set the temperature of time-pair 1, as
described under Thermo-mode.
d) Now press [set]. The display shows “-: -”, as well as a
flashing ” “ and a steady ” “. Now the switch-off
time of the time-pair 1 is set as described under
Timer-mode.
e) Press the [set] key again and repeat the operations
described from b) until d) for the 2 other time-pairs.
f) When the programming is complete, the [set] key
returns to the normal display.
Disable Thermo-timer mode
a) Press the [set] key once.
b) Now press the [mode] key until the display shows the
start time of the first time-pair, as well as the flashing
” “, and a steady ” “, “ON” and “1” appears. The
[manual] key can now be used to switch off the
switch-on time of the first time-pair. The display also
shows “X”.
c) Press the [set] key. The display shows the set tempe-
rature, a flashing ” “ and a steady ” “ and “1”. Press
the [manual] key to disable the switching tempera-
ture. The display shows “X”.
THERMO-TIMER
d) Now press the [set] key again. The display shows the
flashing ” “, a steady ” “, “INT” and “1”. With the
[manual] key you can deactivate the switch-off time
of the first time-pair. The display shows “X”.
e) Press the [set] key again and repeat the operations
described under a) to d) for the two other time-pair
options.
f) To activate the individual switching functions, repeat
steps a) to e). The “X” in the display disappears. This
means that the individual functions are active again.
When the temperature time-pair is switched off, you
can manually switch the thermo-timer on and off with
the [manual] key.
• If you do not want to change individual values, you
can skip them by pressing {set].
When the controlling of an electrical appliance is
complete; simply turn the appliance off; remove the
Thermo-Timer from the mains and then remove the
appliance from the Thermo-Timer.
8. Care and maintenance
• Check the product for any damages at regular intervals!
• When cleaning the LCD and casing, use a soft damp
cloth only. Do not use solvents or scouring agents.
• Do not submerge this unit into water.
• Remove the battery if you do not use the product for a
long period of time.
• Keep the instrument in a dry place.
• If the instrument does not work properly, reset the
instrument by pressing pressing [set] + [mode] at the
same time. All data are deleted and the display shows
the full segment display for approx. 3 seconds. Before
doing so, remove the Thermo-Timer from the mains
and then unplug the appliance from the Thermo-Timer.
