USing WaypointS
Waypoints are a specific point on the map with unique coordinates. When you build a route, you indicate a
series of waypoints to which you will navigate.
CREATING A WAYPOINT
1. Go to the physical location of the waypoint.
2. FromtheNAVIGATIONmenu,highlightSAVEWAYPOINT,thenpressENTER.
Your current coordinates display.
3. Highlightaeldtoedit,thenpressENTER.Youcaneditthename,coordinates,andelevation.
4. Press or tochangelettersornumbers,thenpressENTER.
5. HighlightCONFIRM?,thenpressENTER.
The waypoint appears in the waypoint list.
NAVIGATE TO A WAYPOINT
1. FromtheNAVIGATIONmenu,highlightFINDWAYPOINT,thenpressENTER.
2. HighlightLISTALL,thenpressENTER.
3. Highlightthewaypointtowhichyouwanttonavigate,thenpressENTER.
4. HighlightGOTO?,thenpressENTER.
The map displays with the route to the waypoint indicated. The compass arrow indicates the direction to go
to reach the waypoint.
DELETING WAYPOINTS
You can delete all of your saved waypoints, or delete one at a time.
1. FromtheNAVIGATIONmenu,highlightFINDWAYPOINT,thenpressENTER.
2. Todeleteallwaypoints,highlightDELETEALL,thenpressENTER.HighlightYES,thenpressENTER.
3. Todeleteonewaypoint,highlightLISTALL,thenpressENTER.
4. Highlightthewaypointtodelete,thenpressENTER.
5. HighlightDELETE?,thenpressENTER.
The waypoint is immediately deleted.

A custom route is a sequence of waypoints. You choose which of your saved waypoints to which you will
navigate, and in what order.
CREATING A CUSTOM ROUTE
1. FromtheNAVIGATIONmenu,highlightROUTES,thenpressENTER.
2. HighlightCREATENEW,thenpressENTER.
3. Highlightawaypointslot,thenpressENTER.
4. Highlightthewaypointtoinclude,thenpressENTER.
The waypoint displays in the list.
5. Repeatsteps3and4untilallwaypointsareincluded.
