• Turn the switch to the right until you hear a click. The switch is now set to "MIN". The
indicator light will turn red. The appliance is now set to keeping the wok warm, using
minimum power.
• Turn the switch towards "MAX" to increase power.
• The cooking process can be interrupted at all times by turning to thermostat switch to
"Stand-by" or by removing the plug from the socket.
• Always disconnect the plug from the socket when you have finished cooking.
Cleaning and maintenance
• Caution! The wok pan and lid are not dishwasher safe.
• Before cleaning the appliance always pull the plug out of the socket first and let the
pan cool down.
• Caution: Never immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid!
• Clean the outside of the appliance with a damp cloth (water with mild cleansing agent).
• First discard the pieces of leftover food.
• Put in just enough water to cover the bottom of the pan and set the appliance to "MIN".
The water will heat up and any residuals will soak off.
• Clean with a damp cloth and washing-up liquid, if necessary. Do not use abrasive
materials.
• Never use oven spray or other aggressive cleansing agents, disinfectants or
abrasives.
• Do not use any sharp or pointed objects.
