Assembly:
Figure 1: Mounting the feet
The housing of the heat gun has two openings (B) on both sides (left and right) for attaching the V-shaped feet (A).
Make sure that the shorter end of the feet is facing backwards. Take two M8 x 40mm screws (D) and slide a
washer (C) onto each. Now insert the screws through the mounting holes of the feet and slide a washer (E) onto
each of the screws. Now screw the feet to the enclosure by fixing the screws in the holes (B). Do this for both
sides.
Figure 2: Mounting the axle and wheels
Take the wheel axle (F) and guide it through the holes at the lower end of the feet so that the axle protrudes
equally on both sides. Secure the position of the axle by inserting a cotter pin (G) through the holes provided on
both sides and fastening it (see picture 2). Now put a washer (H), a wheel (J) and again a washer (H) on each of
the protruding sides of the axle. Now screw a nut (L) to the end of each axle and tighten it well.
Figure 3: Mounting the transport handle
Take the four M5 x 50mm screws (Q) and slide a washer (P) over each one. Place the U-shaped transport handle
(M) on the feet (N) as shown in the picture and align the transport handle so that the two holes in the transport
handle overlap with the two holes in the feet. Now take the four screws and insert two on each side through the
holes to connect the transport handle to the feet. Then slide a washer (P) and a spring washer (T) onto the
protruding ends of the screws. Finally, attach a nut (S) to each end of the bolt and tighten it well so that everything
is firmly and securely connected and mounted.
Now you can put your heat gun into operation !
