W ARNING:
Do not open the lid (1) while cooking in order to avoid burns.
If the water level drops below – MIN during cooking the system will tem-
porarily switch off and start to beep and the steam cooking symbol will
begin to ash in order to remind the user to pour water . This function
works with a time delay in order to avoid getting burned with hot steam.
Carefully open the lid and pour a sufcient amount of water, wait until
the water level indicator rises and press ST ART (7). The oven will cook
for the remaining amount of the set time.
While steam cooking the steam may escape through the ventilation –

steam may remain inside the oven. A small amount of water drops may
collect on the bottom of the door . Slowly open the door so that the wa-
ter drops don’t get spilled outside.
If steam cooking exceeds 30 minutes, the trough under the door should –
be emptied of water .

or the shape of the food. Dripping may occur; sometimes a part of
the food may start to cook although the rest of it remains frozen. The
food shoul d not be complet ely defros ted, 70% is enou gh to prepar e for
cooking.
Defrost in stages and turn the food while defrosting. –
T o defrost fat meat, heat for a short period of time in the oven and leave –
in room temperature or heat with breaks until the food is completely
defrosted.
While defrosting a whole chicken or food of an uneven shape, cover the –
legs or the thin parts with aluminum foil. Otherwise the thin parts will
defrost faster and may be cooked before the remaining parts defrost. In
case of large portions of meat cover the sides with aluminum foil so that
they are only defrosted by vertical microwaves.
While defrosting, remove the ice every once in a while. –
6. The halogen grill and combination – grill and microwaves
– light wave system
The unique light wave system in Poland is based on:
The halogen grill. –
Special microwave dispersion. –
Specially designed chamber . –
The grill has a wave emitter which is situated in the upper part of the oven
chamber . It distributes millions of light rays which are evenly dispersed to
various sides and which are reected inside the specially designed cham-
ber . The bottom of the oven is covered with ceramics through which the
microwaves get through. The oven does not have a turntable because it is
not necessary . Due to such a construction the microwaves get through to
all parts of the food without the need of turning it.
Advantages:
The speed of heating – 30% faster than in a standard microwave oven. –
Fast temperature increase – the temperature in the oven with the light –
wave system reaches 100 degrees in 10 sec. (versus standard oven 80
degrees during the same amount of time).
Retains 98% of the original nutrition elements (standard oven 90%). –
Ensures even cooking thanks to combining the microwaves with the –
light wave system

be dried out and will not splash out/spill out.
