4. Weighing function (weight measurement only)
1. Just step on the scale. Remain stationary on the weighing platform and do not
hold you tight. After a few seconds your weight will be displayed.
2. After weighing step off the scale. The scale will switch off automatically after a
few seconds.
6. Programming / Enter of personal data
Before first time use your personal data like gender (female or male), body height, age
must be programmed and saved under selected locations 1 – 12 (up to 12 persons).
The enter keys are located below the display. To enter your personal data please
utilise the buttons: SET (on and save button), (plus button), (minus button) and
follow the particular points:
1. Place the scale on a table. Switch on the scale by using
the tap-on-function. For this tap with your hand shortly on
the centre of the scale. The display indicate the signal
“0.0 kg”.
2. Now press the SET-button and the display indicate a
flashing “01”. To select your personal location (1–12)
press the or button. After the selection of your
personal location press the SET-button to save the reading.
3. After you’ve selected your personal location (e.g. 5) the
symbol for gender starts to flash. To select the requested
gender (female / male), press the or button. After
the selection of your gender press the SET-button to
save the reading.
4. After you’ve selected your gender (e.g. female) the
Symbol for body height starts to flash (default 165 cm).
To enter your height press the or button. After
the selection for your height press the SET-button to
save the reading.
5. After you’ve selected your body height (e.g. 166) the
symbol for age starts to flash (default age 25). To enter
your age press the or button. After the selection
of your age press the SET-button to save the reading.
After input completion tap with your hand or foot shortly on the scale. The display
indicates the signal “0.0 kg”. A few seconds later the scale automatically powers off.
To enter personal data of further persons please repeat the steps listed below.
6. Body Analysis
An analysis is only possible in bare feet. Your personal data must be entered first
(please see page 4).
1. Switch on the scale by using the tap-on-function. For this tap with your foot shortly on
the centre of the scale. The display indicates the signal “0.0 kg”. Press the SET-
button and select with the or button your personal location.
2. On the left part of the display you can see your personal data (age, body height and
gender). As soon as the middle of the display shows „0.0“ the scale is prepared for
the measurement.
3. Carefully step on the scale in bare feet and remain stationary while the measurement
is now taking place.
3. At first your weight will be indicated on the display. Shortly after, while the analysis is
taking place, on the right side of the display the signal “ooo” starts to move. After
completion of the measurement your measured values will be shown as follows:
1. Your body fat % and as barcode an evaluation of your body fat status
2. Your body water %
3. Your muscle mass %
Afterwards your measured values (weight, body fat, body water and muscle mass) will
be shown in changes successively 3 times.
EXAMPLE:
BF = Body Fat BW = Body Water BM = Body Muscle
5. After weighing step off the scale. The scale switch off automatically after a few
seconds.
