MONTAGEHANDLEIDING:
Algemeen: Het is van het grootste belang dat de aanlegvlakken van de
trekhaak met het voertuig ontdaan worden van kit. Het kit kan eenvou-
dig d.m.v. een plamuurmes verwijderd worden nadat het met een verfs-
tripper of föhn verwarmd is. Tijdens trekhaakmontage alle verbindingen
handvast zetten. Na volledige montage dient men “conform de handlei-
ding” de verbindingen overeenkomstig de tabel vast te draaien.
1.Verwijder de afdekplaat. Plaats de bevestigingsprofielen A en B, met
tussenvoeging van vulstrippen C, tegen het achterpaneel (dwarschas-
sis) en zet deze t.p.v. punten D met vier bouten M8x30 inclusief veer-
en sluitring handvast. Plaats bevestigingsplaten E en F en bevestig,
overeenkomstig schets, t.p.v. punten G d.m.v. twee bouten M10x110
inclusief afstandsbussen (ø17,2x2,9 L=71,5mm), contraplaten, sluit- en
veerringen handvast.
2.Bevestig t.p.v. de punten H vier bouten M10x30 inclusief sluit-, veerrin-
gen en moeren handvast. Plaats de dwarsbalk en bevestig deze over-
eenkomstig schets t.p.v. de punten I d.m.v. vier bouten M12x35 inclu-
sief veerringen en moeren. Plaats het kogelhuis tussen de kogelbeves-
tigingsplaten en bevestig deze d.m.v. twee bouten M12x90 (8.8) inclu-
sief stekkerplaat, sluitringen en zelfborgende moeren.
3.Draai “na uitrichten van de trekhaak” alle bouten en moeren overeen-
komstig de tabel vast. Alvorens men het bevestigingsmateriaal “over-
eenkomstig de tabel” aandraaid, dient men zich er van te overtuigen,
dat er nergens ruimte tussen de trekhaak en het chassis aanwezig is.
Draai eerst de verbindingen t.p.v. de punten D overeenkomstig de tabel
vast. Draai vervolgens de overige verbindingen overeenkomstig de
tabel vast. Herplaats de afdekplaat.
Raadpleeg voor demontage en montage van voertuig onderdelen het
werkplaats handboek.
Raadpleeg voor montage en bevestigingsmiddelen de schets.
Voor de montage en demontage van de afneembare kogel dient men
de bijgesloten handleiding te raadplegen.
FITTING INSTRUCTIONS:
General: It is very important that the points of contact between the tow
bar and the vehicle are cleaned of any glue residue. After either war-
ming the spots with a blow dryer or applying a paint stripper, the glue
can easily be removed using a putty knife. While fitting the tow bar
assembly, tighten all connectors only finger-tight. Only after assembly is
complete, should you tighten all nuts and bolts to the torque indicated in
the manual.
1. Remove the cover plate. Position the fixing brackets A and B, along with
spacer strips C, against the back panel (cross chassis) and fasten them
finger-tight at points D using four M8x30 bolts including spring washers
and flat washers. Position fixing brackets E and F and fasten them fin-
ger-tight at points G (as indicated in the drawing) using two M10x110
bolts, including spacers (ø17.2x2.9 L=71.5mm), back plates, flat was-
hers, and spring washers.

* Voor eventueel noodzakelijke aanpassing(en) “van het voertuig” dient
men de dealer te raadplegen.
* Indien op de bevestigingspunten een bitumen of anti-dreunlaag aanwe-
zig is, dient deze verwijderd te worden.
* Voor de max. toegestane massa, welke uw auto mag trekken, dient u uw
dealer te raadplegen.
* Bij het boren dient men er zorg voor te dragen, dat electriciteits-, rem- en
brandstofleidingen niet worden geraakt.
* Verwijder "indien aanwezig" de plastik dopjes uit de puntlasmoeren.
* Deze handleiding dient na montage bij de voertuigpapieren gevoegd te
worden.

gurarse que no quede espacio alguno entre el gancho de remolque y el
chasis. Primero apretar las uniones a la altura de los puntos D confor-

la tabla. Volver a poner en su sitio la tapa.

Para el montaje y desmontaje de la bola extraíble es preciso con-
sultar las instrucciones adjuntas.
ISTRUZIONI PER IL MONTAGGIO:
Generale: è di fondamentale importanza rimuovere il mastice dalle
superfici di contatto del gancio traino con il veicolo. Il mastice può esse-
re facilmente rimosso con l’aiuto di una spatola riscaldata con uno sver-
niciatore o un phon. Durante il montaggio del gancio traino, avvitare
manualmente tutti i dispositivi di fissaggio e serrarli alle coppie di ser-
raggio indicate in tabella solo a montaggio completato, "secondo le ist-
ruzioni".
1.Rimuovere la piastra di copertura. Fissare i profili di fissaggio A e B al
pannello posteriore (traversa del telaio), avvitando manualmente quat-
tro bulloni M8x30, completi di rondelle e rondelle elastiche, nei fori D,
con interposizione delle strisce di riempimento C. Posizionare i pannel-
li di fissaggio E ed F e fissarli avvitando manualmente due bulloni
M10x110, completi di bussole (ø17,2x2,9 L=71,5mm), contropiastre,
rondelle e rondelle elastiche, nei fori G, come indicato nel disegno.
2. Avvitare manualmente quattro bulloni M10x30, completi di rondelle, ron-
delle elastiche e dadi, a livello dei punti H. Posizionare la traversa e fis-
sarla avvitando quattro bulloni M12x35, completi di rondelle elastiche e
dadi, nei fori I, come indicato nel disegno. Posizionare l’alloggiamento
della sfera tra le piastre di fissaggio e fissarlo mediante due bulloni
M12x90 (8.8) completi di piastra di collegamento, rondelle e dadi auto-
bloccanti.
3.Dopo avere "sistemato il gancio traino", serrare tutti i dadi e bulloni alle
coppie di serraggio indicate in tabella. Prima di serrare i dispositivi di fis-
saggio "secondo i valori indicati in tabella", controllare che non vi sia
alcun gioco tra il gancio traino ed il telaio. Serrare per primi i dispositivi
a livello dei punti D, seguiti dagli altri dispositivi, secondo le indicazioni
riportate in tabella. Rimontare la piastra di copertura.
Per lo smontaggio ed il montaggio dei componenti del veicolo con-
sultare il manuale tecnico dell’officina.
Consultare il disegno per il montaggio ed i dispositivi di fissaggio.
Per le operazioni di manovra del dispositivo estraibile si consultare
il Istruzioni
N.B.:
* Per eventuali necessari adattamenti "del veicolo" si consiglia di consul-
tare il fornitore.
N.B.:
* Para (una) eventual(es) adaptación(es) 'del vehículo' consúltese al
concesionario.
* Si en los puntos de fijación hay una capa de betún o anti-choque hay
que quitarla.
* Consulte a su concesionario para el peso máximo de tracción y la pre-
sión de la bola admitida de su vehículo.
* No agujerear cable de eléctrico, tubos de freno o gasolina"
* Retirar, si presentes, los capuchones de plástico de las tuercas de sol-
dadura por punto.
* Guarde estas instucciones junto a la documentación del veículo des-
pués del montaje del enganche.
