• To delete the current message, press
the 0 button. Voice announces
“message deleted.”
• Press the RED PHONE button to return
the handset to standby.
To delete all messages
• Press the INT button, then the 9 button.
• Press the 0 button. The voice says,
“Press skip back to confirm”.
• Press the 1 button within 6 seconds.
All messages are deleted.
• Press the RED PHONE button to return
the handset to standby.
To record a memo
• Press the INT button then the 9 button.
• Press the 6 button to start recording.
The voice says “Recording memo”.
Speak your memo after the beep.
• To stop recording, press the 5 button
or the RED PHONE button.
Using message playback
with Caller Display
If you have a Caller Display service,
your phone can display the number of
each person who has called, whether
they have left a message or not.
To play messages using the screen
keys
You can use the buttons under the
screen prompts to skip forward and
back through your messages.
• Press the INT button, then the 9 button.
Display shows the number of new
messages and old messages stored on
your answering machine.
• Press the 2 button. The first new
message is played. The caller’s number
(if available) and the date and time
of the call are show alternately on the
display.
• Press the SET button to play the
current message again, or press it
twice to play the previous message.
• Press the MEMORY button to skip to
the next message.
• To dial the number displayed
on the screen, press the GREEN
PHONE
button.
The number is dialled.
• To delete the display, press the
DELETE button.
• Press the RED PHONE to return the
handset to standby.
