To play back your messages
If there are new messages, the ON/OFF
button on the base station flashes and
appears in your handset display.
NB. The is only shown if the calls
list is set to “Answer all calls.”
• Press the INT button then the 9 button.
The voice announces the number of
new and old messages. The number of
new and old messages are displayed
on the screen.
• Press the 2 button to play your
messages.
To skip forwards and backwards
during playback
• Press the 3 button to skip to the next
message.
• Press the 1 button to play the current
message again.
• To move back several messages, press
the 1 button repeatedly.
To pause during playback
• Press the 5 button. Playback is paused.
• To continue playback, press the 2
button.

To stop playback
• Press the 5 button twice.
To return the handset to standby
• Press the RED PHONE button.
To save the current messages as
“new”
This means it will be played with other
new messages, next time you or another
person plays back the messages.
• Press the INT button, then the 9 button.
• Press the 2 button, your messages are
played.
• If necessary press the 3 button to skip
to the next message or the 1 button to
skip back to the start of the current or
previous messages.
• Press the
✱
button. The message is
saved as a new message.
Voice announces “message is marked
as new.”
• Press the RED PHONE button to return
the handset to standby.
To delete individual messages
• Press the INT button, then the 9 button.
• Press the 2 button, your messages are
played.
• If necessary press the 3 button to skip
to the next message or the 1 button to
skip back to the start of the current or
previous messages.
