TROUBLESHOOTING
This chapter lists some problems that you may encounter while using your phone.
Certain problems require you to call your operator, but you can resolve the ma-
jority of them by yourself.
SIM card error
Make sure that the SIM card is correctly inserted.
No network connection/connection lost

Position yourself near a window or in a sheltered place. Check your operator’s
network coverage map.

Check that the SIM card isn’t too old. If this is the case, go to your operator's
nearest retail point and have them replace the SIM card. Contact your operator.
Codes don’t match
If you have forgotten your code, contact your operator.
Calls aren't available
■
Check that you haven't made a mistake while composing the number. Unautho-
rized new network.
■
If a new SIM card has been inserted, check that there aren’t any new restrictions.
■
If a prepaid plan has reached its limit, contact your operator.
