The telephone isn’t emitting any sound
Check the configurations in the Sound menu to make sure that the phone is not
in vibrate or silent mode.
Interrupted or blocked calls
Update your software via the website.
Contacts appear twice
The contacts have been saved both on the phone and on the SIM card. Check the
saved contacts.
Impossible to install an application

The operator does not support the application or it doesn’t comply to subscrip-
tion requirements.
Contact your operator.

Phone storage space is insucient. Delete some messages from your phone.
Impossible to connect the phone to a computer

Change the data cable.
