Program 1 can also be used for rye bread
Most bread makers are not designed to bake
rye bread because this differs from the typical
pre-programming of a bread maker – but this
bread maker can make rye bread. If you are
using a bread mix from example, a supermar-
ket, you can use up to 500 gram of the bread
mix (typically half of the pack). If you make
your own rye bread mix, you can use up to 500
g of ingredients and up to 500 ml of liquid.
You may need to adjust your recipe and the
quantities of ingredients, as different kinds of
mixes lead to very larges differences in proving
and during the baking process.
