PLAY WITH HEADPHONES
• Plug a set of headphoens into the left headphone
socket.
You can play in total silence without disturb-
ing others in the same room by plugging a
set of headphones into the left socket located
on the left front edge of WK3, directly under
the trackball.
Use the Master Volume slider to regulate the
headphone volume.

Note: inserting the headphones jack into the left
socket excludes the internal speakers. Inserting
the jack into the right socket has no effect on the
internal speakers.
PLAY WITH THE PEDALS
If you have purchased one or more optional
Generalmusic pedals (Volume pedal and/or
Pedalswitches), you can exploit the rear panel
pedal connectors which provide four functions:
Volume, Ped.1, Ped. 2, and Damper. The de-
fault configuration of these 4 pedals is as follows:
• Volume = Master Volume
• Ped1 = Soft
• Ped2 = Sostenuto
• Damper = Damper (sustain)
The Soft, Sostenuto and Damper pedals are
function-assignable “switch action” pedals which
affect the keyboard sections (Upper 1/Upper 2/
Lower) of a Performance.
Footswitches have a reversible polarity option to
permit the connection of pedalswitches of other
manufacturers.
A Volume pedal can be programmed to operates
for Master Volume or Section Volume changes,
or for Filter Cutoff Frequencey changes.

14, «Edit General».
