How to Play
Whoever is best at clapping their hands like a seal starts the game. If you
cannot agree, the smallest player starts by rolling the die. Then it’s the
turn of the next player in a clockwise direction.
On the Die appears;
• A colored seal.
Look at the seal of the corresponding color on the game board.
If its mouth is closed, open it.
If the mouth is already open, close it. Slide the muzzle of the seal in
question into the corresponding direction.
• A fish.
You can feed all seals that have their mouth open*. Take one fish for
each seal from your provisions and feed them.
After feeding close the muzzle again. The seal is now satisfied and no
longer hungry.
If no seal has its mouth open, unfortunately you cannot feed any.
Then it’s turn of the next player to roll the die.
End of the Game
The game ends as soon as a player has fed a seal with their last fish.
They were the best assistant for the zookeeper and named superior zoo-
keeper.
* Seals mostly eat fish and crabs. While diving they search and snap
up their food.

1. Feeding the Seals
For 2 - 4 little zookeepers ages 3+.
The zookeeper asks you to help him feed the seals.
Who will be the quickest and the first to feed all their fish to the hungry
seals?
Preparation of the Game
Put the bottom part of the game box in the center of the table and take
out the game material.
Put the game board back into the box.
Insert the four seal muzzles according to their colors into the slots of the
seals.
Now you can open and close the mouths of the seals. Try it by sliding the
muzzle open and shut, holding it by the nose.
Important! At the beginning, all mouths must be shut.
Each player gets four fish. Whoever cannot yet count, gets assistance
from the others.
Finally, get the die ready.
You don’t need the seal tiles in this game. Return them to the lid of the
box. Remaining fish are also put back into the lid of the box.
