Firmware-Update
To do this storage media with is formatted with FAT32, e.g. USB stick, must be inserted into the
USB jack at the back. The firmware data must be in the root directory.
Pressing "update" searches for firmware data. If data is found then a small window is opened.
Select "OK" and the update begins. Exit the window by selecting "exit" when this is complete.

By pressing "restore" a new window will be opened which will ask if you would like to restore
all setting to the original "factory settings".
Selecting "yes" restores factory settings.
Selecting "no" closes the window without making any changes.
Settings > languages & units
Here you can decide what languages the menus will be shown in and whether the information
on speed and distance will be given in kilometres or miles.
Choosing "settings" shows the 5 languages which can be selected: German, English, French,
Spanish and Italian.
Reproduction of music
If there are files in mp3 or ogg format on the USB memory an arrow will be shown above the right
function key.
Tapping the "arrow" will open a window with a list of the music files.
Tapping "Play" will play the highlighted piece
Tapping "Plus" will raise the volume
Tapping "Minus" will lower the volume
