Outdoor sirens

The parameters available for "imago" sirens are:

• Description: the name given to the device (e.g. outdoor siren, etc.)

• Serial number: this is the code which identiﬁes the peripheral. Simply update the serial number to acquire the new

peripheral and to keep any previously saved settings if the device is being replaced.

• Maximum alarm time: maximum time to the activation of the audible and luminous signal of the siren caused by the

wires being cut.

• BUS control: if this option is selected, the siren will emit the audible and luminous signal in the absence of

communication with the control panel for more than 10 seconds.

• Temperature sensor: If this option is disabled, the siren does not send the temperature to the control panel and the

external temperature will not be displayed on the keypad (this is useful if there are two sirens, and one is installed in a

position exposed to the sun, leading to false outdoor temperature measurement).

Note: if this option "Temperature sensor" is enabled on the siren but the display on the keypad is disabled (see the

opt. display outside temperature), the temperature will not be shown.

• Bi-tonal buzzer: If this option is selected, the audible signal is made through a sound with two distinct frequencies; if it

is not selected, the "sweep" mode is performed in frequency.

Indoor sirens

The parameters available for "radius" sirens are:

• Description: the name given to the device (e.g. indoor siren, etc.)

• Disable buzzer with one of these partitions disarmed: the siren will not activate the audible signal if the partition

(or the partitions) selected is disarmed (e.g. volumetric sensor). This allows to prevent the siren from sounding if there

are persons at home (e.g. arming with volumetric partition disarmed). If you want the siren to sound independently of

the arming mode, do not associate any partitions.

• Serial number: this is the code which identiﬁes the peripheral. Simply update the serial number to acquire the new

peripheral and to keep any previously saved settings if the device is being replaced.

• Maximum alarm time: maximum time to the activation of the audible and luminous signal of the siren caused by the

wires being cut.

• Steady LED: If this option is selected, when the associated output in the "Lamp Only" section is activated, the LED

lights steadily (instead of ﬂashing).

• Emergency lamp: If this option is selected, when a mains failure occurs, the siren turns on the power LED, illuminating

a medium-sized room. Attention! It is necessary to install the lithium battery on the siren to allow the operation as an

emergency light.

• Temperature sensor: If this option is disabled, the siren does not send the temperature reading to the control panel.

in this case, the option without PIN is enabled whereas the option with PIN is disabled.

The button will turn completely blank in colour when disabling both options and this will

indicate that it has not been conﬁgured and therefore cannot be used.

You will be able to select the scenario from the keypad either with a code or by pressing

the button if both options have been enabled.

Without PIN: allows starting the associated scenario by pressing and holding the associated key.

If the option "Conﬁrm scenario execution" is enabled, press ENTER to conﬁrm the choice, otherwise at the end of

3 minutes, the action will be performed automatically.

With PIN: allows to perform the action after entering the code (e.g. code/key 1).

• CapSense sensitivity: the sensitivity level for detecting keys can be set in this section.

You can select between three conditions: low/medium/high. IT IS NOT AVAILABLE for ergo M!

• Key conﬁguration: in this section you will be able to choose which keys to activate to select a scenario function

quickly and to decide if this should be activated with or without a PIN (all are set to default to include a PIN). You can

modify this conﬁguration by clicking on various keys.
